Lexus then landed a kiss on her lips, but this time, it was short yet gentle and sweet. After that, he let go of her and said, "Let's get changed now. I'm hungry and I'm sure you also are."

With that, October saw Lexus went to his side and started to choose some change of clothes for him. Seeing this, she touched her lips with her fingers and her blush came again. She has to calm down. He won't touch her because she's already pregnant.

With this, she went to choose some comfy clothes. However, before she could choose something, an arm reached out from behind her and a strong hand firmly took hold of her waist. October was so startled but fortunately, she didn't let out a scream. How come he's behind her now.

"You should wear this." He said with his deep voice that reverberated in her body making her shudder, especially because of how his voice sounded near her ear and his hot breath hitting her neck.

Lexus looked down on October and saw how she turned stiff. Smirking, he leaned down and said, "Don't worry, I might be fast with changing clothes, but I'm not that fast in bed."

October's blushed deepened and turned to glare at him only to plant her lips on his cheek. Realizing this, she covered her lips and her ears turned red too.

Lexus chuckled and added with a teasing tone, "Trust me, I can last a hundred rounds."

October never been this humiliated so much. She furiously glared daggers at Lexus and landed a bite at his bare neck.

Lexus was surprised at her sudden attack and instead of wincing in pain, he chuckled in delight, "Love bite? I like that."

October's eyes widened and quickly stopped biting him. "G-get out!" She half-shouted in shame as she pushed Lexus out of their closet.

Lexus laughed and just let her push him out without forgetting to say, "I'll wait outside and wear this."

October snatched the clothes he handed her and slammed the door again. Geez. She never met such a man as shameless as him. And this man was her...hubby.

Hubby...October covered her face with the clothes in her hands. Was he being serious with her having to call him that?

After calming down a little bit, she started to dress herself. She had never seen these clothes before so this must be clothes prepared by Lexus for her.

Thinking this, a small smile played on her face. She then decided to wear it and surprisingly enough, it was comfy and fit her perfectly.

"Not bad." October nodded her head and went out only to see Lexus sitting leisurely on the edge of the bed looking at her.

October then paused and after hesitating for a moment, she went to him and said, "Let's go. I'm hungry."

Before she could even take her second step, she felt her hand being grabbed and so she paused to look at him. She looked at him with inquisitive eyes.

Lexus sighed and said, "Sit down. Let's dry your hair first else you'll catch a cold."

"Okay." October immediately nodded and obediently sat down next to him.

Seeing her like this made Lexus smile in content. He then grabbed the hair dryer he prepared earlier and started to dry her hair.

However, being the first timer he is, he was really unskilled in drying her long black hair and so took a bit of time. Thankfully, October was patient with him and just let him continue what he was doing. Oddly enough, both of them didn't feel awkward with their interactions. They meet not too long ago, they have a really odd and the fastest relationship, and now they are living together but it was not at all weird and awkward. It was like the most natural to them having to be in this situation.

It was like things have fallen into its right places. It was like their once colorless world became colorful at the arrival of the other.

With this type of people who was cold and indifferent with almost everything, it can be said that their strong personalities will clash. However, for this couple, it was not like that at all. Never would people thought that these people that have almost the same personalities will end up together and was even the most compatible of all the people out there.

Thankfully, Lexus finally finished drying October's hair. She then turned to him and said, "Thank you...hubby."

After that, October abruptly stood up and ran out but before she could open the door, she was yanked back and her back slammed on his hard chest. She then heard a chuckle and he then rested his chin on top of her head. "Say that again, wifey. I was not able to hear that clearly."

October's lip twitched and so pinched his arm in anger. Lexus winced in pain but he still didn't let go of her. Seeing that she kept her mouth shut and was not looking at him, he then sighed with a bitter smile, "Okay, okay. I'll stop teasing you now."

Holding her small hand with his, he dragged her out of their room and went downstairs and into the kitchen to eat their dinner.

Having been already informed that their young madam was already pregnant, the chefs prepared a nutritious meal suitable for a pregnant woman. Even though it was nutritious, her meal was still delicious and can be passed as a delicacy to be put in the menu of a 5-star restaurant.

October looked at Lexus and thought how this man can be this nonchalant about having to hire such a capable chef. It seems like her husband has such a deep background but now is not the time to pry on it. If he's not ready to talk about it, she won't ask. She will wait until the time came that he will be willing to share it with her. Even she herself has a bit of a background that nobody in City D knows but her. However, time will come that she will tell him about it.

After their filling meal, they watched some news on TV in their leisure room. Again, she was a little surprised to see how spacious the leisure room was. However, this was only fleeting for she immediately composed herself and watched TV beside him.

Lexus looked at the woman sitting beside him who was intently watching the news and was taking notes on her pad, probably for her marketing project.

Lexus shook his head in defeat as he can't beat his wife for being such a workaholic. Realizing that he was being treated as air, he then wrapped his arms around her shoulders and pressed to lean on him.

Caught unprepared, October fell hard on his chest. She then got herself forced to look up only to see the desire in his eyes. At that instant, her heartbeat blared loudly in her ear. She then saw her raise his hand and brush it on her cheek and then tucked her hair behind her ear.

October's beating heart was so loud that it was defining but her eyes looked back up and crashed into his dark blue eyes and afterwards, his head leaned closer and closer till their noses touched. Their breathing were hot and their hearts' beating was like dancing in the same rhythm. Both were lost in each other's eyes and subsequently, there eyes slowly closed and their lips met and melted in each other's touch.
