The Billionaire's Contracted Wife Chapter 98 - Grandmother Will Help

Couple hour prior:

When Ashley finished cooking, she realized that it was too much of what she cooked for Tanaga.

She suddenly remembers grandmother Hanada and decided to give her a call.  When grandmother Hanada's learned that Ashley was cooking for Tanaga, she was overjoyed and decided to invite Ashley to her mansion.

Since Ashley was still upset at Tanaga, she thinks it's best to leave first and cool off. So she hurried;y finished cooking and wrapped the food that she would be taking to Grandma Hanada.

When she had finished packing the food, she was going to bring it. She had cleaned the kitchen spotless — the same way she found before she started cooking.  After Ashley made sure everything was clean, she brought all the meals to the dining room for Tanaga without him realizing it.

'Thank you! I hope you enjoy these foods, as this may be the first and last meal that I would cook for you. ' In Ashley's mind as she looked at her masterpiece.  

She quickly prepared to go out, just in case Tanaga was hungry and suddenly goes to the kitchen to check on her. Ashley wore simple jeans and a long sleeve shirt to make her feel comfortable. To complete it, she wore her favorite tennis shoes.  She then checks herself in the long mirror. 'Hmmm, not bad, not bad at all!' 

A beautiful smile flashed across Ashley's face as she exited the room. She would have gone to Tanaga to say goodbye, but because she was still annoyed with the man ... she'd instead leave without him knowing and leave a note. She quickly returned to the room and searched for paper and ballpen. 

Maybe, it was due to her frustration, and she ends up writing whatever... instead of just a simple note, she ends asking for separation.  When she finished writing and reading what she had written, she smiled to herself as she thought, where she would place it for Tanaga to see right away?

"On the bed! Since his brain is empty and could only think of one thing... He will surely see it." Ashley said to herself as she handed her the letter. She quickly left without a goodbye ...

Ashley arrived at grandmother Hanada's mansion very fast.  As they drive through the long winding road towards the front door, they passed by an impressive garden.  The location is splendid, just like Tanaga's mansion. It is full of 'beautiful flowers all around.

When the car stopped in front of the mansion, Ashley was surprised to see grandmother Hanada waiting for her at the door. She was so happy to see her. And she quickly reached over and hugged her while holding her and pulling her inside.

"Thank you very much for thinking of this old lady and visiting me. I was definitely planning on inviting you once you have settled in the condominium, but since you are here now ... I am delighted." Grandma Hanada said to her as she held her hand tightly with her hand, still holding it and refused to let go.

"Me too! I'm so glad you invited me. By the way, I brought you some food ... please, give it a taste while it is still hot." Ashley excitedly offered.

"You came in just in time, for I haven't had dinner yet. Come and eat with me."  Grandmother Hanada invited her with a sweet smile on her face.  Ashley help guided grandmother Hanada towards the dining room even though she doesn't need it. The old-lady liked what Ashley did.

'I did not go wrong with choosing this girl. The first time I saw her, I was lighthearted. Unlike that Ohani, so' fake.  She's like a snake when she's around Tanaga.   Fortunately, they did not end up together. Otherwise, I would have died earlier. ' Grandma Hanada thought as they walked into the dining room.

While the two were eating dinner, they happily chatted. They didn't even think of Tanaga, who's being nearly insane looking for Ashley all over the condo.

"Ashley, you are unbelievable ... Where did you learn to cook like this?" Grandma Hanada asked as she continued shoving rice and pork adobo in her mouth. 

"Hahaha! Thank you so much, Grandma Hanada, and you enjoyed the taste." Ashley slightly smiled as she motioned for the elder to continue eating.  

While Grandma Hanada's enjoyed the meal, Ashley couldn't help but feel sad and remembered her family in the Philippines. It had only been three days since she had last been together, but she had missed them so much.

Grandma Hanada noticed that even though she had a smile on her lips, sadness was in her eyes. 

'This ain't going to work, and I need to do something and make sure she enjoys living in Japan... If not, she might think of boing back to the Philippines, then' my great-grandchild will disappear. ' Grandma Hanada thought while still eating uninterrupted.

When grandmother Hanada finished eating, she invited Ashley to the garden, "Come on, grandchild! Join me for a walk around the garden so I could get rid of all the fat that I just ate."

Ashley didn't hesitate, and she helped grandma Hanada out of the mansion garden.

Granny Hanada's mansion is about the same size as Tanaga's mansion. She inherited it from her deceased parents. At first, grandmother Hanada had intended that she stay in Tanaga's mansion while she was in Japan because of Ashley.

But because of the inconvenience that had come about to the newly wed's life. She changed her mind and decided to invite Ashley to join her at her mansion while she was in the country. Now that she has been given the opportunity, she will not miss it again so she can know her better.

"Grandchild! How are you and Tanaga doing? Is everything okay?" Grandmother Hanada asked, but in reality, there's something she wanted to say.

"Ok, that's all! Why do you ask?" Ashley's astonishingly questioned while her expression was filled with sadness even as she smiles ...

"Come here, let's talk about what you intend to do in your life? - I'll be honest with you... I like you for my grandson. However, I'm not the one to decide what will happen to both of you when the time comes. But, I want to help whatever you choose. " Hanada's grandmother rubbed Ashley's cheek, and tears were forming in her eyes ...
