The Billionaire's Contracted Wife Chapter 97 - He Would Never Let Her Go!

Tanaga didn't hesitate nor think twice. He quickly went to their room to see if Ashley was there and maybe just relaxing. He slowly opened the door, just in case Ashley was asleep.  

However, not even Ashley's shadow was anywhere in the room.  He went in and went straight towards the bathroom in case she was taking a shower.  What he saw was an empty bathroom, there's was no Ashley.

He began feeling anxious, and his heart beating fast.  "this is not looking good!" Tanaga told himself as he walked into the walk-in closet.  He's hoping that she might be in the dressing room.  "Please, let her be in there changing." Tanaga prayed as he approached the door.

"Ashley! Dear, are you here?" Tanaga called as he opened the door anxiously. What he saw in front of him was also an empty room.  Enough reason for Tanaga's facial expression to changed and his eyebrows raised.

"What is this? It's like we're playing hide and seek, this is a small condo, and it's not even half my mansion, but why can't I find her? Tanaga was now furious, and his nose and ears were spitting fire because he was tired of looking for Ashley. 

He was about to leave when suddenly he saw something on the top of the bed. He approached it nervously while his heartbeat goes... "Thud-thud-thud" 

Tanaga couldn't help to think as he approached the bed. 'Why is there a paper in here, what is this all about?  What could be written inside?' He quickly picked it up and read what was stated ...

[ Dear Sir Jones, 

I'm really sorry! for I didn't want to bother you.  Therefore I didn't say goodbye. Deep inside of me know that you won't let me leave, so here it is! I decided to just leave you a note, so you know.

Wherever I might be going, you don't need to worry.  It's because I'm going to be with your grandmother Hanada, so nothing bad will happen to me.

In the meantime, as we wait for the results, whether I'm pregnant or not, it is best for us to live separately.  I'm afraid that we might end up hating each other... you know what I mean.

By the way, just so you can't say I'm ungrateful, I cooked you special dishes that I knew how to cook.

After Tanaga finished reading Ashley's letter, he quickly crumples it and furiously threw it on the wall.  "Bullshit!"  He shouted before he quickly dressed and hurried out of the room to return to the mansion. 

He knew that his grandmother was still at the mansion, therefore, that's where Ashley was heading.  He needs to hurry up and catch up on Ashley and his grandmother Hanada.   Knowing what his grandmother's capable of doing ... She might even hide Ashley.

"Grandma, you just wait until I see you, and I will give you a piece of my mind! I'm asking for your help so we can get closer to each other, and this is what you do.  Let's see who wins." Tanaga was acting like a mad man and talking nonsense while exiting the condo.

When he came out the door, he saw only four of his bodyguards. Tiny, who's in charge of Ashley, is gone. Tanaga smacked his bodyguards on their head one by one before ordering one of them to wrap the food on the table and put it all in the fridge to keep it from spoiling. "Do it now!" He shouted as he was leaving.

Tanaga quickly reached the mansion for he was driving like a mad man.  No sooner than the car stopped, he quickly got out like a devil was after him from the way he was running.  

As soon as he entered the mansion, "Ashley! Ashley! Where are you? Ashley !!!!" Tanaga shouted at the top of his lungs and that surprised all his housekeepers.

One of Tanaga's housekeeper quickly came out to say that Ashley and Grandma Hanada were gone.

"How long has it been since they left?" Asked Tanaga at the housekeeper who's almost in tears scared out of her wits from the sound of Tanaga's voice.

"Well, sir, you see... They had left about an hour ago."  The housekeeper replied, unable to look at Tanaga.

Repeat what you just said?  Had they been gone over an hour?  Are you sure?"  This time Tanaga's furious and smoke was coming out of his ears and nose.

"Yes, sir!  I'm sure!" 

"Goddammit! Grandma Hanada !!!!" Tanaga exclaimed as he sat on the sofa in distress ... And didn't know what to do.  The maid decided to leave when she saw Tanaga closed his eyes so while he leaned his head.

' I better get out of here before he picked on me.  I wondered where I could hide so he wouldn't be able to ask me any more questions?'   The housekeeper thought while she was quickly run away to go towards the back of the mansion where they reside.

After a while, Tanaga got up and went towards his office.  He went straight to his desk, where he had locked up the document Ashley had signed.  He slowly opened the drawer and took out the folder that was holding the contract.

After taking it out, he looked for a staple remover and removed the staples that are keeping the document intact.  He then got up and went towards the shredding machine, and one by one, he inserted the piece of paper...  The sound of the shredder was like a piece of music to Tanaga's ears.

When he finally put the last piece of paper to shred.  He then let out a sigh of relief before going out of the office.

"Prepare the car. We're going somewhere!"  He ordered one of his bodyguards.   He had decided that he would let Ashley stay with his grandmother for the time being...  He will give her time.

However... He also decided that no matter what happens, he would never let Ashley leave to go back to the Philippines...  In case she's thinking of doing so...  It will be over his dead body...
