The Billionaire's Contracted Wife Chapter 111 - The Childhood Sweetheart

Kai breathed a sigh of relief when he heard what Tanaga said and slowly reached for Ohani's contract.  He then pushed it closer to Tanaga. "Here is her contract, if you want to change anything ... Just say it, and I'll change it right away." Kai's hand was shaking as he pushed the contract across the table towards Tanaga.

Tanaga pushed it back towards Kai. "Do what you want, she's your talent.  And no matter what you do, it's out of my hand. Remember this... whatever the outcome, you're responsible for her and her action from here on end. Do you understand?" Tanaga then quickly got up looking agitated.

"And, Oh,' If that's the only reason that you came, you may go now since you are disturbing me!" he then turned around and left without looking back.  He walked straight to the dining area to have his breakfast without inviting his cousin.

"My God! He sure is something, he knew that I came here very early in the morning.  And he also knows for sure that I haven't eaten breakfast yet.  However, he didn't even invite me to eat with him." Kai muttered to himself as he slowly got up and made his way out to the door dejected.

Kai had tried to get close to Tanaga since they were young age, but nothing come out of it because Tanaga was a loner.  The only person that was able to penetrate his barrier was Ohani.  That how Ohani and Tanaga became a childhood sweetheart.

Unknown to Kai that the butler was standing by the door waiting to see him go.  Therefore, he heard every word he was mumbling to himself.  A smile procures on the butler's face as he watches Kai leave.

'Your lucky and should be thankful he still thinks of you as relative. If not... he wouldn't even bother with you at this early hours.' The butler thought as he watched Kai leave while his face looks so sad.

Kai had always lied Ohani since young, they all grew up together.  However, Ohani only has eyes for the heir of THJ Group.  She had never paid attention to either him or his older brother, that's why he was stunned when she suddenly showed up in his office without an appointment telling him that she wanted to join his company.

He quickly draws a contract for her to sign without consulting Tanaga, knowing that he might get mad at him and could cost him his position as President of the company. It's an opportunity of a lifetime, and he would not let her get away this time, even if it cost his job.

As soon as he was out of the mansion, he quickly called Ohani.  "You're in, and you owe me big time, how about dinner with me tonight?" He invited Ohani and followed up with,  "I'm not taking no for an answer!" He then quickly turned off the call, not waiting for Ohani's response.

Meanwhile, at the other of the line, Ohani's has a big grin on her face.  She likes the news that she just heard... "Well, well, well!  Tanaga, you wait for me for I, will not let you go this tie. "  She muttered as she got ready to go to the salon to make herself more beautiful.

'I need to make sure that I look my best and alluring. This way, he would not be able to say no to me when we meet.  I know you still care for me. If not, why aren't you married yet?  It could only mean one thing. You are still pinning for me.'  Ohani's delusional in thinking that Tanaga was waiting for her to come back.  If she ever finds out that Tanaga married already, she would probably find the nearest bridge and jump off.

Meanwhile, in grandmother Hanada's mansion, they were preparing for Ashley's makeover.  Grandma Hanada wasn't able to get a wink thinking about how to help the couple stay together.  The first thing she thought was getting Ashley a makeover; this way, Tanaga would not have a wandering eye.  

Tanaga's outlook in life changed when his father passed away, and his mother disappears like a bubble ... On top of that, Ohani cheated on him and left him for an American man... 

If Ashley hadn't come in his life, Grandma Hanada would never have seen her grandson smile and be happy again. So she'll do everything she can to keep it going.

'Ashley must have something to use to defend herself against Ohani.' She's ready to make her new granddaughter-in-law stunning and alluring.

"What do you mean he can't take care of me now? I don't want anyone else to do it, and he can do it for me." Ohani shouted at the Beauty Salon receptionist. The salon owner normally arranges for Ohani personally. But because he was not available, he could not take care of Ohani personally, and this what's making her angry.

"But ma'am, I can't do anything because he's not here right now. A VVVIP client called him, and he left a while ago. If you don't want someone else to take care of you, then you can come back tomorrow." The receptionist explained to the enraged Ohani.

"Who is this VVVIP who even asked the salon owner to do a house call.   What so special about this person that they cannot come over here. Bullshit!  So' what am I going to do now?!" Ohani kept on mumbling to herself and speaking to no one in particular.   From the way she kept on talking to herself, she looks like she has a loose screw.  That made the receptionist laughs silently.

'You get what you deserve, and you're a nasty little bitch acting all high and mighty.  In reality, you're nothing but a cheapskate who doesn't know how to take care of people that serves you.'  The receptionist thought while she was standing there waiting if Ohani still has anything to say.

"Alright!  If he's not available, then I want you to give me only your second best. However, nothing less, I can't stand incompetent people. Do you understand me?" Ohani growled to the receptionist.

"Ma'am, sorry! If you want a second in command, then you will have to wait a little later in the afternoon because his schedule is currently full." The receptionist said while apologizing.

"What ?! I can't wait until this afternoon! You have to insist on me, and I don't have time to wait!" Ohani's voice was so loud that other people in the salon heard it.

Because it attracts people, the receptionist went to look for the assistant manager who was busy with a client. Ohani knew that when she made a noise, the receptionist would go to the assistant manager, so she made sure that she was loud enough to scare the girl.

The Assistant Manager arrived in just minutes. "Ma'am, I'm so sorry! Let me finish my client for a moment if you want to go to the lounge and have a cocktail while you wait. Then I'll call you right away as soon as I'm free to take care of you!" The Assistant Manager did his best to coax her to keep her quiet.

Ohani smiled secretly as she walked into the lounge ... However, Ohani hadn't gone far yet, when she heard the receptionist and the Assistant Manager started talking

"Call K.C. and find out how long he will be at Chairwoman Hanada's mansion?" The Assistant manager commands the receptionist sternly.  The urgency in his voice was visible, and he doesn't want to handle Ohani at all if he could help it.

Suddenly Ohani stopped walking and returned. "Excuse me! Did I hear it right?  The salon owner's at Grandma Hanada's mansion?" Ohani asked silently while raising an eyebrow.

The receptionist and assistant manager suddenly looked at each other. In their faces, concern was visible and unsure of what to do?
