The Billionaire's Contracted Wife Chapter 102 - Spend All His Billions

"Ohani! What the hell do you think you're doing?" Tanaga angrily pushed Ohani away from him. He jerked Ashley closer to her. "Ohani, I want you to meet ..." Tanaga didn't finish what he had to say because Ashley had already beat him to it.

"Her assistant!" Ashley bowed to pay her respects. "Nice to meet you!" while still bowing and waiting for Ohani to acknowledge her greeting.

Tanaga's eyes widened at what Ashley had said and done. He didn't understand what the reason was and didn't let him finish what he was about to say. Tanaga's brow raised from what just happened. He didn't know if he would continue to say she was his wife, or he would just let her go.

"Oh 'she was just your Assistant. I thought you had replaced me with someone from the countryside, a hillbilly and a shorty!" Ohani told Tanaga while she ignores Ashley's presence.  

Suddenly Ashley's eyebrows rose when she heard Ohani say she was from the countryside, a hillbilly and short. 'Indeed, she's not a six-footer, but she's not short either.  What the heck is she talking about short, I'm 5'6! After all, she's tall for a Filipino.  The normal height is mostly 5'4 or less.' Ashley thought as she stood up straight and gave Ohani a deadly glance.

"What? What are you looking at? Did I say anything wrong? Look!" Ohani stood beside her. "See! You are a shorty in comparison to me?" She proudly said as she watched Tanaga's reaction. 

The reason Ohani stood next to Ashley so Tanaga could see that the woman he had chosen does not hold a candle against her. But Tanaga's face was still the same, and he seemed to be thinking deeply. 

"Tanaga san! I am right, correct? Look how she's only right by my shoulder.  And she's doesn't even class.  But since she's only your assistant, that shouldn't be an issue.  Otherwise, I don't know how you would introduce her to our circle of friends.

Tanaga finally came to his senses and looked at the two. His forehead crossed as he saw that Ashley had not even moved away and let Ohan's disrespect her.

' Why didn't she tell Ohani that she was my wife? Why did she let her disrespect her like that? Is it because she doesn't feel anything towards at all, and she's only staying because of the contract we signed?' He was thinking while he was looking at them without uttering another word.

' What if I try to see if she has a feeling for me or not? If she doesn't react if I have lunch with Ohani, then she doesn't care about me. Now, if the contour of her face changes ... and get jealous, then it means I still have hope. ' Tanaga smiled at his thoughts. Then he tested the water ...

"Ashley, why don't you go ahead and go. You've heard what Ohani just said. She's inviting me to have lunch with her." Tanaga said earnestly as he watched her reaction.

Ashley was initially shocked by Tanaga's words and a thinge of pain shoot to her heart. But then she remembered that she was his girlfriend and she' had no right to get upset.  So she simply smiled before answering.

"Is that so? It's okay then, and I'll be going first." Ashley then turned to face Ohani's and slightly bowed. "Good day to you ma'am, enjoy your meal!" Next, she turned to face Tanaga and did the same thing as a sign of respect.  Before leaving without looking back...

Tanaga was about to chase after Ashley, but Ohani was quick in hooking her arms at Tanaga and stopped him from going. "Thank you, Tanaga san, I thought you're going to embarrass me in front of your assistant.  Thank goodness that you still cared and gave me a little face in case we ever see each other again." Ohani said sweetly while she was still holding on to him...

Tanaga was shocked by the situation and didn't move right away. He pinched the height of his nose close to the forehead before taking a deep breath. He was still looking at his wife, who didn't even look back and didn't care what's happening with him.

Ohani exploits Tanaga's absent-mindedness and intends to cling to him with her mountainous front. "Tanaga san, are you ready? I'll go get my condo unit key, and we could go and have lunch first and then..." Ohani gently whispered to Tanaga, insinuating something else for dessert.

"Hah? Oh! Ohani, why don't you get your key first and take care of what you need to d ... I remember that I have a meeting, and I'm already late." Tanaga lied, at once he grabbed Ohani's hand and released himself from her hold.  He then quickly run out of the building to chase after Ashley.

"Tanaga!!! Where are you going? Tanaga san !!!!" Ohani shouted as she was about to chase after him. However, Tanaga's bodyguards were so fast that she was blocked.

"I'm sorry, Miss Ohani! But, you shouldn't chase after him.  You don't want to see him get pissed.  Warned one of Tanaga's bodyguards before turning around and following his comrades.

Ohani, who was at first, was acting like a sweet person. When she saw Tanaga boarding his car, the contour of her appearance suddenly changed. "If I didn't need your money, I wouldn't degrade myself like this," Ohani whispered to herself as she walked back towards the front desk.

When the front desk manager saw who was coming, his smile widened as he quickly went out of his office and stood straight as he waited for Ohani to arrive. He promptly bowed even before Ohani got close to him to pay respect.

"Welcome! Welcome, ma'am! Come here inside my office so we can talk about the condo contract more closely."

The front desk manager spoke loudly for his employees to hear. But the fact is that he wants their conversation to be private so he can tell what he heard before his boss and the girl with him left ...

Meanwhile, instead of Ashley going straight to grandma Hanada's mansion. She decided to go around the mall first. She needed to clear her mind for she's feeling so bad.  She needed to calm down badly before meeting Grandmother Hanada.  

Therefore, she kindly asked Tiny with a sad-looking face.  Tiny, who saw and heard the whole conversation, while feeling bad for her...  Complied with her request and took her to the nearest mall in the area. 

'That's right!  Go and do some shopping, isn't what the woman does when they're upset... Go and spend all your husband's billions.' He thought to himself as he drives quietly toward their destination.

Meanwhile, Tanaga was the one driving his car because he wants to get to granma Hanada's mansion right before she can brainwash his wife and leave her for good.
