The Billionaire's Contracted Wife Chapter 101 - Moving Out!

As soon as Ashley and grandma Hanada finished talking, Ashley quickly packs her belongings in case Tanaga returns. "It's better that we stay away from each other.  Nothing good will come of this, and it will be harder for me If I fall in love with him, especially now that I now know that he has someone in his heart," Ashley mumbles to herself as she put her belongings in the suitcase.

In less than thirty minutes, Ashley was done packing what little things she had brought with her.  She quickly pulled it towards outside the room as if a demon was pursuing her. As she neared the door, she called for Tiny to help her carry the suitcase down to the car.

"Ma'am? Where are we going?" Tiny curiously asked a question as they boarded the elevator.

"Grandma Hanada had invited me to stay with her for a while.  She said that she was alone and lonely, and since I'm also alone and lonely, I agreed." That was all Ashley said without going into too much detail.  She didn't want to say more than what's needed. 

That was a sign to Tiny not to ask any more questions.  So he just kept quiet and wondered how he was going to let his big boss know without the little boss finding out. 

Ashley read what Tiny was thinking, so ... "You don't need to bother telling him where I'm going because he knows already. We talked before he left a while ago." Ashley explained so that Tiny would not inform Tanaga anymore.

"Is that so?" Tiny was shocked to hear what Ashley had said. He couldn't believe Tanaga would accept that! And then again, why would they act like they were a bunch of thieves in a hurry to leave if his boss really knows that his wife is going?

"Ma'am, may I ask you a question?" Tiny hesitantly said, unable to look at Ashley.

"Of course... What is it?"

"Are you by chance a mind reader?" Tiny asked jokingly, and at the same time, he laughed as if he was teasing her.

Ashley ends up laughing with Tiny for the way he acted. "Hahaha! Hahaha! You got to be joking!"  Ashley said as she teased him back. The two were laughing; they heart out as they exited the elevator.  They were too busy holding their stomachs when the door opened. And they didn't even notice that someone was standing outside the elevator ... 

When Tanaga left, it just came out and went for a walk. He actually walked a few streets before he lost his resentment. When he was ready, and he could talk mildly, then he went back prepared to apologize to Ashley.

Unfortunately, as he stood and waited for the elevator, he heard Ashley and Tiny's voice laughing out loud. So his face turned sour again, and his brow raised. 

Therefore, not even Michael Angelo could paint the way he looked when the elevator opened.  This is what Ashley and Tiny saw when they stepped out of the elevator.  Tanaga's unreadable face and void of any emotion.

Ashley slowly came out of the elevator, unable to look at Tanaga straight on his face.  She was caught red-handed.  While Tiny slowly squeezes to the side as he hurriedly greets Tanaga, "Good day! Bossing!" He then bowed, showing respect.

He didn't even wait for Tanaga's response. He quickly wheeled away Ashley's suitcase to take it to the car.  And also to escape Tanaga's wrath.

Tanaga and Ashley stood for a while, staring at each other without uttering a word.  Then Tanaga voice rung louder than usual as he spoke...

"Are you determined to leave me?" Tanaga asked with sad eyes.

"Come on, and It's not like I'm leaving you ... As I said ..." Ashley wasn't able to finish what she was about to say as Tanaga suddenly embraced her.

"Can't you please, not go? I'm s-sorry! What I did was wrong, and I know it already.  How about this, If you want you can stay here, and I'll be in the mansion. Or if you want me here and you stay in the mansion. Either way, only don't go to my grandma. " Tanaga begged as the sound of his voice was cracking, and it seems like he's about to cry.

Tanaga's bodyguards standing just a few feet away were shaking their heads. They couldn't believe what they're seeing.  They had been around with Tanaga for so long, and they never saw him expressing emotions, except if he was angry ... And now he looks like he was about to cry?  It was new to them, and they couldn't comprehend it no matter how hard they tried.

To prevent Tanaga's embarrassment, the bodyguards gave them more space and moved a little further so they could not hear the couple's conversation.

Ashley's heart sank for the way Tanaga was begging her not to go.  He's even making a deal with her, an option which residence she wants to use.  However, she had already decided and made up her mind, and there's no way she would give in. "Sir, boss! I can't breathe!" As he struggled to get rid of Tanaga's tight hug.

Suddenly, Tanaga came to his senses and released her from his embrace.  But he still won't let Ashley go. He fears that if he does, she will leave and never come back.

Even when he heard Ashley call him Sir, boss ... He just ignored it, because he didn't want to upset her anymore.

"So, what is your decision? You will stay here, and I will stay in the mansion, or you want to go to the mansion, and I will stay here?" Tanaga asked again, obviously avoiding to show his resentment.

"Sir, boss ..." Ashley said to Tanaga. "How about this, why don't you go with us and take me to Grandma Hanada's house. That way, we can still talk on the way. How's that?" Ashley said softly as she looked straight into Tanaga's eyes.

In the end, Tanaga agreed to take Ashley. He figures that Grandma Hanada's place is also far away. It will buy him time to convince Ashley while they are in the car.

"All right! I'll take you, but don't stop me from convincing you to stay with me." Tanaga replied, holding Ashley's hand and walking out of the building.

Unbeknownst to both, everything was heard by the gossip-monger front desk manager.  Everything that they had talked about.  He was coming from the bathroom, and he was passing by the elevator to go back to the front desk when he heard the two talking. He decided to hide on the side of the wall and listen to the conversation between the two.

' Wow! So, the two of them had fought and it's probably due to Miss Ohani. It's sweet, I like this. Miss Ohani must know this right away. I'm sure she'll be the next occupant of the big boss condo unit, which would be a massive bonus for me when the time comes, ' The Front desk manager happily thought to himself as he makes his way back to his office whistling.

Just as Ashley and Tanaga were walking out of the building, Ohani was coming in. It was apparent that Tanaga was holding his companion's hand. But when they saw her it was suddenly dropped by the girl, so that meant she's afraid of her. 'Hmmm?' Ohani thought to test the water and see what would happen if she ever does something. So ...

"Tanaga san! It's good that you're here! We're going to be neighbors. I'm moving in tomorrow, and I only came to finalize the lease and get the key.  That's why I'm here now, how about we have lunch together?" Ohani excitedly greeted Tanaga as she embraced him tightly and kissed him on his lips lightly...
