Herald departs again, while driving his car on the highway he picked his phone and called Yussein first, to ask him if it was possible to set a meeting with the other guys .

Yussein said that he'll try contacting them and make it in a time where everybody is free . . .

So Herald had to go back home, he also called his other brother Eyman, checked on him and how his business is going, and asked him to come pay him a visit as soon as possible .

Herald arrives, parks the car and walks towards his house .

But something came up on his mind!

'What if any one of the ones i pass by now, may face danger in the near future??

Maybe . . . I should never desactivate my powers when i am out!

But then again, that will be endless . . . And I still can't process well enough my ability to change fate .

Here, Herald remembers something he was teached by Alkeyder .

In the story of Nimrod, he was able to save people on the verge of death using his powers .

' . . . Maybe it was destined for them to not . . . actually die!

That is it . It makes sense!

This is what Herald came up with as a conclusion, and it looks like he's not wrong!

He chose not to enter his house, and just wonder arround wherever his legs take him, while activating his full power!

'It is surprising how crowded it becomes when you can see Jinnies as well . . .

Herald keeps his normal look on the outside, but he's very fascinated inside, also worried and sick .

No good can come out of demons, As he kept looking to get more information about his powers and the unseen world .

Herald notices something even weirder .

' . . . What's that demon doing??

What . . the . . . . HELL IS THAT!!!!'

He witnessed something terrifying and gross at the same time!!

It looked like a certain demon that accompanied this depressed looking guy started to spit on him continuously! The amount of spit was so overwhelming .

Herald barely could keep on looking, but the demon noticed that he was being seen!!

He had two horns, red eyes and a long tale similar to that of a snake .

Sharp teeth all over his mouth, truly terrifying to look at .

His face was so dark it hid his facial expressions!

The demon looked straight towards Herald who's about 20meters away from him .

No matter how much composure he gained in the last three months, this easily made his heart race!!

He didn't know how to act about it, the demon just kept staring and Herald stopped on his place and starred back, he can't look anywhere else because he fears being attacked .

The scary demon finally gets back and completes what he started, he made the guy completely soaked in his weird looking jelly saliva .

Then, he disappeared from Herald's sight .

The Atlantean didn't know what to do, he looked in all places to see whether the demon is planning on attacking him, but he didn't spot him anywhere!

' . . . . What was . . . just that right now!!!

He kept staring me dead in the eye, his red scary eyes . . . I couldn't move from fear!!

My legs are shaking right now . . .

And what was it that he did to that guy???

That was so gross i barely could look at it without puking . . .

His energy waves became so chaotic it even reaches out to where i am!!"

This time he cannot hide how he's feeling from outisde as well .

'Wait!!

Why did i not think of it earlier goddamn it!!'

Herald recalls that he and Ether didn't break their ties completely at the end of the training, they can still contact each other telepathically, by summoning his presence to his mind .

Herald quickly closes his eyes, and calls for Ether .

"Ether!

Do you hear me??"

A second later, he got his reply .

"Yes Herald, is there anything wrong??"

Herald feels a bit relieved .

"Well i can't describe it really . . . But I think i've made a contact with a demon just now . "

Ether . "What do you mean by contact? What happened?"

After telling him the story as it is, Ether explains to Herald what exactly was that .

" . . . That is a curse being casted on the guy! What the demon just did is one way of doing it . . .

It is specifically used in order to put humans into a state of untolerable melancholy, when he'll end up either going insane or killing himself!"

Herald is shocked . "Wha . . . What do you mean? So this guy is basically dead?"

Ether . "No, he can be saved through some methods, he can himself beat it if he was spiritually strong enough . "

Herald . "It doesn't seem that way, he already looked depressed from the beggining .

Is there nothing i can do to save him?"

Ether . "Alchemists can, I am not quite sure you're one yet Mr, Herald . You'll have to exert all what's surrounding him, and then heal his core .

I know this healing spell, catch the guy and i'll transmit it to you . "

Herald . "Alright!"

To detect the guy's spot he just followed the chaotic energy surrounding him, again he doesn't realize the speed he's running in, whenever he goes past someone he leaves him astonished .

Herald . "Maybe it's better if we lead him into a quiet lone place .

It's crouded in here . "

Ether . "How will you do so?

Now that the spell is casted on him, he has demonic attributes . Words won't have an effect on him!"

Herald . "Then force will, I never tried this in here but . . .
