Satan's real intention is not to make people completely forget about God, and make them woship everything else but him. He took more pleasure into making people associate other Gods with him.

As he knew that God does not accept being associated with other dieties more than actually not believing him at all!

Satan reflects in Saturn the emotional state that he likes most to rule over humans.
