Shen Juan arrived shortly and since he had a medical background, he started to take care of Lu Xian Yu's condition after he was transferred to Li Bingbing room.

He was a tall man with short spiky black hair. He was a handsome man who had glasses on as well. He was wearing a suit and he had a suitcase with him. Inside the suitcase was his medical tools.

Li Bingbing watched closely as Shen Juan stitched Lu Xian Yu's wounds. She was holding the blood bag that he brought since it was for the blood that Lu Xian Yu loss.

Soon after he was done, Li Bingbing turned to Shen Juan, "Will he be alright?"

"Yes, he is now in a stable condition."

Li Bingbing sighed in relief. "Do you have an idea on who did this to him?"

Shen Juan shook his head, "As of now, we don't have leads. The second master might know something but we have to wait for him to wake up."

Li Bingbing clenched her fists tight. How dare they do this to Lu Xian Yu? He has almost lost his life, do they think that she would just sit still and do nothing?

She turned away from him before she went in front of her laptop. "Kozu, is there any surveillance camera on the place where all this happened?"

"I'll look into it."

Shen Juan knew about Li Bingbing's tech skills that's why he wasn't surprised when she started asking for it. It was because of her that Lu Xian Yu was able to finish his last mission so quickly.

He walked close to her and quietly watched her actions.

"Here are the videos from the surveillance camera."

Li Bingbing watched what happened and she couldn't help but feel worried and nervous all throughout. She was thankful that Lu Xian Yu was able to escape the person who tried to kill him.

"Are you able to track down the place where the car came from?" Li Bingbing asked. "Also find out all about the person who tried to kill Xian Yu.

"Give me a minute."

Shen Juan's eyes glinted with what he heard from her. She can track down the place where the car came from?

Her hacking capabilities were like that of CIA hackers. How did she manage to create such highly advanced software?

"The car came from a restaurant, the Hidden City." Kozu reported, "The man who attacked Lu Xian Yu is named Yang Hu. I looked into his background and he is associated with the Wires."

Shen Juan knitted her brows together, "Wires?"

Sikong Yun was the man who ordered Lu Xian Yu to kill Wen Shiming and he was also the leader of Wires. Why did he attack Lu Xian Yu?

... Attacking him directly... Are the Wires courting death?

Lu Xian Yu did a fine job for them and yet, they are now biting him from behind. Don't they know that Lu Xian Yu was the leader of the Blood Moon Wolves? Or are they just a bunch of idiots? There could also be a possibility that they thought that Blood Moon Wolves won't be able to find out about their backstabbing since Yang Hu was killed?

Are they underestimating them?

Shen Juan was fuming in rage against the Wires. He was a loyal man towards Lu Xian Yu and attacking him was a death sentence for the other group.

He turned to Li Bingbing, "I will handle this problem. Once Xian Yu wakes up, give me a call. For now, I would truly be grateful if you can watch over him, Ms. Li."

"Don't worry, I won't let anything happen to him." Li Bingbing said with a serious face, "If you need anything else, just let me know."

"Thank you, Ms. Li."

After Shen Juan left the place, Li Bingbing went to lie down beside Lu Xian Yu. She looked at his sleeping face and relief filled her body when she saw that he was still breathing.

She snuggled close to him as she felt her eyes became heavy. The moment she closed her eyes, she instantly fell asleep.
