She told him not to ask why she was crying and she was grateful that he didn't force her into it. Such small acts touched Li Bingbing's pained heart.

She didn't need anything from him, she didn't want his wealth or riches, his small kindness was the one that brought warmth to her.

LiBingbing was snapped out of her thoughts when she heard his deep voice. She stood up and looked at him, "I was thinking of eating spicy noodles tonight."

Lu Xian Yu raised a brow at her, does she think that he would believe her?

He sighed inwardly, he didn't want to cause her trouble that's why he decided to act naive around her instead. He stood up and hugged her small waist, "I can cook more for you."

Li Bingbing grinned at this, "I want to eat some fried fish too and some chicken teriyaki. As for the dessert, I want some ice cream after."

"Where does all that food goes to?" Lu Xian Yu chuckled as he lightly pinched her cheek.

"My brain, duh." She rolled her eyes.

"Wow, no wonder you're so genius, does it burns all the calories from what you eat too?"

Li Bingbing nodded, "Yes, it does so go start cooking, I'm starving!"

Lu Xian Yu chuckled before he released her. He was more like a housewife for her whenever he was at her place. Aside from cooking, he was the one who was assigned to clean the house and do the laundry while Li Bingbing was in front of her computer, playing games or watching movies.

He never complained at this though since he actually liked cleaning the house and cooking during his free time. He knew that Li Bingbing was a clean freak like him but it would only take one person to clean her place so she made Lu Xian Yu do it instead.

Her place was always clean and neat, even after he returned from Bali and this was also actually one of the reasons why he wanted to stay at her small place.

Now that he thought of it, if he was to marry Li Bingbing then... would he be the one to take care of their children instead of her? Maybe she would even let him carry their baby for nine months!

Lu Xian Yu shrugged at the thought. With how advanced the technologies were in their time, that wasn't impossible, especially when there was already a man who tried it just for his infertile wife, it was all over the News a few years back.

He turned to Li Bingbing who was sitting on the table looking innocently at him while she was waiting for her food.

If Li Bingbing would ask for him to get pregnant then... would he do it? Was he willing to go through such great lengths for her?

"Why aren't you moving? I'm hungry, Xian Yu!" Li Bingbing complained.

He decided not to think of it for now, he would just deal with it when that time comes.

After they had their midnight dinner, Lu Xian Yu accompanied Li Bingbing on watching some movies.

Li Bingbing was eating a bucket of ice cream while Lu Xian Yu would scoop from it from time to time.

"That's enough ice cream, I'll get some water for you." He took the bucket away from her before he stood up.

"Can we have some beer instead? ... Please?" Li Bingbing asked, staring up to him, her eyes became bigger and she pursed her lips, giving him an adorable puppy look.

Lu Xian Yu felt something struck his heart when he saw her this way. Li Bingbing really knew how to manipulate him into doing things her way.

In the end, Lu Xian Yu went out to buy some alcoholic drinks for the two of them but as soon as he went out of the minimart, while he was crossing the streets, a black car started driving fast toward him.

Lu Xian Yu reacted fast when he saw it that's why he jumped away from its path.

The screeching of the car's tires was heard as it drifted before it came to a stop.

In a blink of an eye, the rider went out and pointed his gun towards Lu Xian Yu.
