"Men, how are Pedro and the girl doing?"

A random member spoke up and said, "El Ama sent word that both are resting, but alive," The man said half scared that his answer wouldn't suffice.

El Grande scratched his chin, and his arm fat giggled. "Alright, send some Dragon Juice to him to heal faster." The man felt relieved and left in a hurry.

El Grande addressed the rest of the men. "Men, I don't care what you have to do, but find out who this El Diablo person is and where he is at."

The men got their orders and scattered. El Grande's right-hand man looked over at him. "Tito, what you are standing around for?"

"I think this El Diablo uses magic like the draconians and beastmen. I think we need to pray to Xolotl. He is the only one who can kill these monsters."

El Grande looked at his most trusted friend with a look of worry. "We do not ask our god to solve all our problems. I think it's just some pendejo running around in a coat."

"Then, what about the magic he is doing?"

"Tito, enough. Go find this man." Tito nodded and left. El Grande sat there racking his brain on what to do with their new problem.

Pedro, on the other hand, woke up with a splitting headache. He had a broken leg and was bruised all over. Looking around Pedro realized he was in one of the rooms at the Chateau House. He could tell by the furs and incense in the air.

In the bed next to him laid Maria. She was still asleep. Johnny was keeping an eye on her. He looked over and saw Pedro awake.

"Morning, Johnny," Pedro said weakly.

"Just lay down, Pedro. Do you remember what happened last night?"

Pedro thought for a second, and the memory slowly came back to him. He and Maria were attacked. In the end, the demon showed up and killed the attackers.

"Yeah, El Diablo saved us."

Johnny looked on with surprise. He knew the men were killed with stone spikes, but he didn't think it would be El Diablo who saved them. "What did he look like?"

"It was dark, really dark. I could only make out a man in a large coat and hood."

"Did he throw the stone spikes? How did he kill the men?" Johnny asked. He didn't understand how one man could kill these three thugs.

"I don't know..." Images of their death and Maria's **** flashed before him, and Pedro started to cry.

"I'm sorry for pushing you, Pedro." Johnny touched his shoulder. Pedro curled into him and just cried.

"I couldn't protect her Johnny. I wasn't strong enough."

"I know. I know."

"She was raped, Johnny. I couldn't...I couldn't do anything."

Johnny just hugged Pedro as he cried. He felt sorry for the boy and was actually relieved this El Diablo saved him and Maria. Johnny looked over at Maria and started to form a plan in his head. As soon as they woke up, he was going to leave with Pedro and Maria. He wouldn't let this kind of thing happen again.

Over at El Chapo II's place, El Grande's man delivered the message. He was furious and killed Miguel's cousin who was in the room at the time for not straightening out his family.

"Here give this Dragon Juice to El Grande and give my apologies to him. Here take an extra one for El Grande." He handed two bottles of Dragon Juice to the man.

The man grabbed the drugs and left in a hurry. El Chapo II looked around and pointed at a group he called the Tigers. "Tigers go find out about this El Diablo. I want him dead. Everyone else, listen up. No one allowed at the Chateau House for a week. If anyone ever touches the runner again. I'll feed you to my dogs."

Everyone in the room shook with fear. A few were upset they couldn't go to Chateau House, but they would never voice it.

"Boss, I got bad news. Draconian ships were spotted south of here. The Snakes were wiped out a few minutes ago."

"Alright boys, gear up and gather near the tomb. You, go notify El Grande and El Piedra." He pointed at the man who just reported to him.

"Damn it. You over there come with me." He pointed at a man grabbing his beastman blaster. "Come with me down to the lab."

El Chapo II and the man walked to a door that led downstairs. In the basement, there were many vials and pipes. It was his drug lab. This is where his group made Dragon Juice. They walked through the lab to a door in the back.

El Chapo II unlocked the door, and a draconian was chained to the wall. This was the same Core Builder that attacked them awhile back. El Chapo II was keeping him alive just enough to harvest his blood.

They found out, by using his blood, a human mortal could temporarily boost their strength and healing by injecting themselves. The draconian was a Core Builder after all, and mana was being absorbed continuously by him.

El Chapo II gang was able to keep him here by re-injuring him every day and by almost draining him dry.

El Chapo II slapped the draconian awake. "Speak. We have your people coming here. Tell us how to defeat them."

The chained draconian eyes turned sharp. "I hope they kill you all." *Spit* The draconian spat at El Chapo II feet.

*THWAP*

El Chapo II kicked him in the face and wiped his foot on him. "Xolotl saved us last time, and he will do it this time too." The draconian shook. That damn demon defeated him, and that's how he ended up in this predicament.

The three cartel leaders said it was their members that defeated the draconian, but it was the Aztec Death God Xolotl that defeated the draconian.

They slammed the door shut and stepped out. El Chapo II knew he needed to head to the tomb and wait for the other two.

A man hiding underground asked himself, "who is this Xolotl?" Leo sat there and pondered on this. Leo was hiding here to judge these people and kill those he deemed unworthy.

Leo was lost and wandering through the wilderness until he came here. Since arriving he had been taking his anger out on these criminals. It was a strange feeling for Leo of being the powerful one for once.

Leo emerged from the earth and slowly walked to the tomb. He was curious about how these humans were going to fight the draconians.
