"Amanda, Michelle, will you let me in?" Leo said softly while knocking on their bedroom door.

"No, you will sleep on the sofa tonight!" the voice of Michelle was heard coming from the bedroom while Leo could also hear a suppress giggle on the other side of the room.

"What!? Why!? I didn't even do anything wrong" Leo said, feeling incredibly wronged tonight.

"That's right, that's why you're sleeping on the sofa!" Michelle shouted from the other side of the door.

"What!? Damn!" Leo suddenly had the urge to break down the door right now, but he knows that it would be just useless that multiple Battle Tanks firing towards this mansion, probably wouldn't even leave a scratch on it.

"Dammit! I really can't understand you women at all" Leo grumbled as he went downstairs and plopped himself on the huge sofa.

"Women are so petty when they are feeling jealous. It's not even my fault that my ex was here!" Leo grumbled, as he just accepted his fate tonight and slowly closed his eyes and went to sleep.

"Could it be that they are having mood swings because they are pregnant?"

But then, Leo suddenly opened his eyes and mumbled.

"Bahh, I should just go back to sleep. I need to wake up early so that we could fly back to Cambridge at the latest tomorrow" Leo said before going back to sleep.

The next day.

Leo has suddenly woken up, feeling something wet below him.

"Yes mom, after this meal. I would've wanted to go back alone but it seems "they" didn't want to be left alone here" Leo said, emphasizing the word "they" while stuffing food in his mouth, he is feeling incredibly hungry right now after his morning "session" with Michelle earlier

Leo's face suddenly twitched because he felt someone kicking his leg, and when he turned his head to his left, he saw Amanda looking at him with that creepy smile on her face as Leo just smiled bitterly at her.

"Dear, I heard you gained mutated abilities?" Michelle's mother, Angie said with an excited voice with an eager face.

"Yes mom. It's similar to Captain Reed's eye but better. I could spot anything within ten mile distance" Michelle turned to her mother and held her hand and said those words excitedly.

"That's awesome, Michelle" Aria said with a huge smile on her face.

"Congratulations dear" Rachel said.

The others were giving their congratulations while Leo who were drinking his glass of water choked when he heard those words.

*Cough* *Cough* Leo started coughing.

"Are you okay?' Amanda said while rubbing his back.

"Yeah, I'm fine babe" Leo said to her, and then turned towards Michelle and asked, "How come I'm only hearing this now?"

Michelle turned towards him and said, "It only happened yesterday and I only mentioned it to Dad and Amanda"

"But how? Did something big happened that awoken it?" Leo inquired as he was really confused right now on how did she even became a mutant without his knowledge.

Michelle shrugged her shoulders and said, "I don't know. It just happened"

"What?" Leo subconsciously said in reply.

"Come on, Leo. Stop pestering her. You should be happy instead of being a jerk right now" Rachel immediately said as she noticed her son wouldn't let go of the matter if he doesn't hear a satisfying answer.

"Yeah, yeah, sorry babe"

"It's okay" Michelle said and continued, "Sorry babe, I really didn't know what happened, so I can't give you an accurate answer on how it happened"

"It's okay, is that the only thing that change? What about your physical capabilities?" asked Leo.

Michelle had a thoughtful look on her face before she answered, "I think my overall speed increased a lot, as I could run faster and even reload a gun faster than before"

"That's awesome! Just like me!" Aria said on the side while the rest are just looking on and listening to side with intrigued expression on their faces, mostly because they haven't undergone mutation yet so they feel really curious about changes of the body after undergoing mutation or evolution.

Leo touched his chin and said, "Then you becoming a sniper would be really great, isn't it? After all, you love using sniper rifles. Maybe that's why your eyes were the ones that underwent the mutation"

"Okay, but you're gonna get me a new one then, okay? The old one wouldn't really fit the "job" from now on" Michelle said happily.

"Sure" Leo said.

A few minutes later, breakfast was finally over as the women washed the dishes while the men started talking amongst themselves while Leo instead exited the house and headed towards the PELICAN with two huge bags on his hands.

Leo threw the bags inside the PELICAN, producing clanking sounds.

And what's inside those bags are saber like machetes, Leo didn't store them into his Inventory as he would immediately hand it over to the person that manages their supplies, the moment they land back at Cambridge.

A few minutes later, and after handling some minor matters.

Leo and the girls started packing their own things, they said their goodbyes to their loved ones before boarding the PELICAN.

The PELICAN's roared to life as it slowly rose up into the air.

"Take care, make sure to bring me next time, okay?" Aria waved her hands towards them while yelling loudly.

And Leo who had sensitive hearing just showed her a thumbs up before the Aircraft flew forward as it headed towards Cambridge.

And if Leo gave the time to glance at the ground below them, then he would have noticed a familiar figure moving erratically towards them while moaning incoherently.

It was his ex-girlfriend, Allison who now turned into a walking dead and the cause behind it were Aria who threw her into swarm of zombies. After all, their family has the tendency to hate people who lies to them about important things, but what they hate the most is being used by others.

That's probably why in the heat of the moment when Aria found her, she just dragged her off on the street and threw her in a group of zombies without hesitation, and if this were the normal times then Aria probably wouldn't have the guts to do that to someone, but times have changed and it's not like Aria haven't killed a fellow human being before during one of their supply runs.

While Leo is piloting the aircraft, he is at the same time also teaching Amanda who is sitting on his lap on how to operate the aircraft.

"That's the twentieth mutated zombie today" Aria said as she reloaded her sniper rifle, behind her are ten fully armed soldiers keeping a lookout at every direction.

They are currently in one of the high rise buildings, hunting down any mutated zombies they or she could spot up there.

"I've become really good since Maika started teaching me" Aria commented as she reloaded another magazine.

And Maika is her instructor who teaches her on to properly handle a sniper rifle, and at the same time, Maika is a former elite sniper of the British Army and it wouldn't even an exaggeration to call her one of the best snipers in the former army.
