"It's finally done" Leo said as he saw from his [Map] that there are only a few hundred of them left and it seems that the Dark Seeker had let go of his control over them and Leo doesn't want to use anymore artillery shells just to kill the ones left.

In actuality, Leo didn't had plan to kill this small horde as he thought that it would be a waste using Artillery but because the zombies are camping out, a kilometer away from their base. It suddenly posed a problem for them, because the survivors that should have been flocking towards stop because they can't pass through the blockade of the horde, so Leo didn't have any choice but to immediately fix the problem at hand as he didn't want these survivors who had once again lit up their hope to live in safety, be trapped in the midst of the incoming war.

This is not something the soldiers knows, they only thought that it seemed fun for Leo in bullying these zombies, but they aren't really wrong at that though because Leo bombarded them as he wanted to annoy Dark Seeker that is behind in controlling the horde and at the same time, it was also a way to help the survivors still trapped around the city that has the desire to head towards them.

Of course, people would probably wonder why he can't just send soldiers to pick them up but Leo didn't waste anymore resources that he didn't need to, that's why he just gave the survivors a small help and he would leave their fates up to them, if they still had the courage to pass through those remaining zombies and finally arrive here, at this small sanctuary of his.

The soldiers didn't know anything about this because they can't really understand his line of thought or even know him personally. They didn't know that Leo might be really arrogant sometimes and always had that cold look plastered on his face every time he's in the presence of his men.

But they didn't know that behind that arrogant and cold shell of his is a kind and loving person, who would do anything just to keep the people important to him safe and that also includes the people who are now living under his wings.

After all, who in their right mind would fly across the globe just to go and rescue a woman who you just like and admire and don't even personally know each other!?

Of course, that's just Leo being perverted and lustful and wanting to f*ck a beautiful woman and not many knew that during that time, Leo had also helped and rescued a lot of people but he just didn't bring them with him as his means of rescuing people before then were truly limited.

He even had to stay back because he had also rescued Michelle and her family along with Amanda and hers. Everything that happened before then are all coincidences as his plans was just too rescue Amanda and probably her family and he didn't expect or foresaw that a woman named, Michelle would also be there at that time but if he were to go back again at that time, then Leo would probably go and "kidnap" a pilot and hijacked a commercial plane and rescue all of the people that he had helped.

But through the passage of time, Leo had also slowly changed and even though he still retained his positive traits, he had instead become more a bit more calculative, probably because of the heavy responsibility entrusted to him and the lives of the over two thousand survivors living under his protection.

And suddenly learning those things had put a tremendous pressure and responsibility upon Leo's shoulders and Leo is just a 27 year old dude! What does he know about saving and defending a world from an alien race who are far more advanced than them!?

Depending on his abilities and the mutants around the world!? Is that even enough to resist them!? It's absolutely a freaking no!

And that's not even the end of his problems, Leo is also facing the lack of population and this problem is hindering a lot of his plans and rescuing survivors through the land is as slow as a snail's pace.

Leo wanted to rescue people through the air by using Chinook helicopters but the problem is that he rarely sees mutant birds and it worries him that when the aircraft is flying in the air is that a mutated bird would suddenly appear out of nowhere and starts attacking them and especially that Chinook helicopters doesn't have a proper defense system like assault helicopters.

This is the reason why Leo had a lot of expectations for the incoming war between the living and the dead.

As Leo already had amassed a total of two hundred thousand defender coins.

He wanted to get those coins from killing the zombies and purchase five D79H Heavy-Troop Carrier which cost one hundred fifty thousand defender coins each.

And he would use them as rescue ships that would fly from place to place around the former country.

That's why this time, Leo plans to focus on the development of the bases and postpone his plans to conquer London and instead would go around and assist on the development of the other bases.

Leo plans to amassed as many people as possible and have most of them to become soldiers.

His plans are as follows.

Rescue Survivors

And building and reorganizing the Army.

Leo plans to make those section of the bases as stable as possible before doing other things.

And the driving force for this is because Leo's two wives are pregnant and he at least wanted to be with them as much as possible during their pregnancy.

But that doesn't mean that he won't go out anymore as he plans to focus on his second plan, Rescuing Survivors and his third plan, the Reorganization of the Army and he would just assist her mother on the developments of the bases.

And if he had enough [Coins], he would buy a [Summon] that is excellent at administrative matters and have her/him to assist his mother.

After all, Leo can't really rely on his mother's current assistants as they really doesn't know much about running an organization and they are just there to lighten Rachel's workload.
