Stronghold In The Apocalypse 162 Kill To Survive

"What do guys want!? Release me this instant! My uncle has the strongest armed faction in this area! If you don't release me now, you guys are dead!" the boss of that convoy earlier yelled in anger and frustration.

*Slap*

The man just gritted his teeth in anger and hatefully glared at the person who slapped him.

"You're really a loud mouth, will you believe me if I say I'd throw you all in the middle of a horde of zombies, right now?" Zabu said with a voice full of annoyance as he glared at him with face full of ruthlessness.

"Why did you capture?" Amanda, who is watching the scene in front of her turned to Leo and asked.

"I want you and Michelle kill to each kill one of them" Leo said with a decisive tone.

"W-what?" Amanda stared at Leo with her eyes wide in shock and even Michelle who's listening at the side was also startled hearing him but the worst was the five people who is kneeling on the ground who heard what he said as they started panicking.

"No! You can't do this!"

"Sir, it was him! It was his idea to come here and kill you all!"

"Y-yes, we were just following orders! We didn't have anything to do with this at all! We just got dragged into it, p-please understand! Don't kill us! I still have a wife and son back home!"

"Bastards! I gave you people shelter and food and this is how your repay me!?"

"Shut up!" Zabu bellowed in rage as he slapped every single one of them to the ground

All of them, laid on the ground groaning in pain and some of them are even rolling on the ground in pain while holding their faces.

"W-why do we need to kill them? Can't you guys just do it? I really don't want to kill someone" Amanda said weakly with her lowered and while she was complaining about it, Michelle on the other hand had a determined look on her face as she already started observing the five people in front of her with one of her hands clenched tightly around the grip or handle of one of her pistols on its holster.

Hearing Amanda's reasoning, Leo just sigh helplessly while shaking his head and told her, "Unlike Michelle, you haven't had your hands bathed in the blood of someone else"

"But I killed zombies before!" Amanda immediately said while staring at him.

"Zombies and human beings are different! Zombies are walking dead people while humans are living beings Amanda! They're very different!" Leo couldn't help but raised his voice.

"I'm sorry" Leo said.

"Look here, babe. If you were in this kind of situation like them right now. Would this people just kill you right away? No, right? I'm sure you know it deep inside you that death is the last thing they would do to you" Leo continued as he stared at her deeply with a worried look and with his two hands grasping both of her shoulders.

Amanda immediately shivered in fear when she heard those words because she knows, she knows that men would certainly "assault" her if ever got herself in the same situation as the people in front of her.

"If ever, if ever in the off chance that someone wanted to capture you two and no one was there to protect you both then you won't at least hesitate to shoot someone because you're fear of killing someone would already be gone and I'm not saying this to you just so that you could go out there in the world and start a killing spree"

"I was just want you to kill, to kill so that you would be safe" Leo said to her.

"Then will you kill?" Leo looked at her eyes directly without looking away.

Amanda also stared back and took a couple of deep breaths before saying, "Alright, I'll try but I can't promise you"

"That's fine by me" Leo finally smiled as he kissed her lips.

And then he suddenly raised an eyebrow when he noticed Michelle slowly walking towards the captives without any hesitation in her footsteps along with a pistol in one hand.

"Watch" Leo said to Amanda as he gestured towards Michelle with his chin.

Amanda also noticed Michelle and watch her with anxious eyes as she kept fidgeting around as she felt a lot of complicated feelings welling up inside her.

Zabu and David walked over and picked up the captives from the ground and made them kneel on the ground again.

"D-don't kill me! Please!" the only woman in the group pleadingly said as snot and tears trailed down from her face.

"Miss! Please spare my life! I'm still young!"

"Hmmp! Just kill me now and suffer the consequences!"

Every single one of them had different kinds of reactions, some were fearless in the face of them but most were bawling in fear as they continuously pleaded for mercy.

Michelle with a poker face look on her face raised her weapon towards this group's former leader's head.

"Y-you!" this guy was in shock as he didn't expect that this people would really kill him.

"If you kill me then you're declaring war with my uncle! Aren't you afraid!? A war between each other doesn't benefit each other! It's best that you set me free and I'll forget that this ever happened between us, you wouldn't want a war to happen right?" the man hurriedly said when he finally realized that these people aren't messing around and they really have the intention of killing them.

"I don't know the f*ck your uncle is and even if he truly has the strongest faction in this area, do I look like I even care one bit about it?" Leo smirk as he nonchalantly said.

"YOU BASTARDS! I HOPE YOU ALL ROT IN HELL!" the man yelled in anger as he writhed from the spot as he tried to break loose from the rope tying his hands from his back.

Michelle turned to look at Leo and asked, "It won't turn out to be troublesome if we kill this guy, right?"

"It won't, you have already seen how much power we have that we could even take over almost the entirety of Manchester City" Leo nonchalantly said to her.

"M-Manchester City? Y-you people came from Manchester City? That means you guys are from that place that always broadcast on the radio about a safe haven called Hope 101!?" the man finally stopped cursing at them as he stared at them in shock and disbelief all over his face and the others who got captured with him wasn't an exemption!

Leo just grinned coldly and didn't say anything.

Five minutes later.

Two men and one woman were seen scampering off in panic as Zabu and David watches them and behind them were Leo, Michelle and a shivering Amanda as they headed back inside the building.
