After that, Leo then turned his head towards the only girl of the group and carefully handed the little girl towards her arms, "Here, take care of her and you guys stay here. While I'll go and take care of those annoying pest that have been chasing me for a while now and if you guys leave….hmmp!"

The woman was probably still in a state of shock earlier that she now only realized that she's now carrying a little girl in her arms when Leo just departed towards the direction of the charging beast horde.

Thud! Thud! Thud!

When she turned around, she suddenly saw her companions kneeling on the ground, breathing hard with pale faces with horror plastered on their faces as their bodies were covered in cold sweats.

"T-this..w-what happened to you guys?" the woman suddenly stuttered, feeling confused at what suddenly happened to her companions.

"T-that person...he's..d-dangerous" the middle aged man said between rough breaths while clutching his chest.

"H-his aura was...suffocating. It was like...there's this massive beast staring..down on...us"

"I thought I was gonna die earlier!"

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Loud explosions suddenly interrupted their conversation and when they turned towards where the sound was coming from, all of them literally had the shock of their lives.

They saw a man holding a huge sword on his hands jumping around here and there like he was dancing in the middle of the mutated beasts horde that was trying their hardest to surround him at at all sides. He would jump, dodge, strike, kick and then slash as one by one, the monsters slowly fell under his humongous sword.

"T-this...is he really an Evolver?" another young man around twenty five years old said stuttering.

"That isn't what we should be worried about right now. Rose, what did he hand over to you?" the middle aged said but continued to stare at Leo with shock in his eyes and directed this question towards the woman named, Rose.

"It's a little girl" Rose said as she showed them the little girl lying on his arms, who's looking at them with curious eyes.

"T-this.." the middle aged didn't know what to say as he wasn't expecting it to be a little girl when he turned around to see what it was..

"So what did he say to you before he left?" another young man butted in, also feeling quite disappointed in the same time as he was actually expecting it to be some amazing item especially if it came from someone who has such a savage aura like Leo but in the end, what he saw was just a skinny and a bit pale looking little girl that looks like she hasn't eaten for days with how thin she is.

"He said that if "we leave, then...hmmp!" That's what he said Charlie" the woman just repeated some of what Leo said and even copied how he snorted at them.

The rest of them suddenly shivered as they immediately remembered the stifling aura earlier that the four men felt. Just based from Leo's attitude earlier, all of were clear that the person would surely hunt them down if they leave or even left the little girl on her own devices.

Actually, the middle aged guy named Charlie, clearly had the thoughts of escaping while Leo was busy being entangled with the horde of monsters while their group would escape along with the thing that Leo handed over to Rose but what he did not expect is that it wasn't a Item of value but instead, a living human being!

"So..what should we do? Are we gonna leave her here and just escape?" Rose already knew what Charlie was thinking and so she made a suggestion towards their current situation.

Just after Rose said that, all of them suddenly felt a shiver down their spines and surprisingly all of them simultaneously look towards a single direction and what they saw terrified them to their souls.

It was because they saw Leo looking at them with eyes full of hostility while he decapitated the heads of three mutant boars at the same time with an expressionless look.

"Ahh..I think we should just stay here and watch. It's not like the monsters are even attacking us, right? Hha" another young man who's been silent until now said with a force and dry laugh.

All of them nodded stiffly at his suggestion while also wondering to themselves at how that person even knew or maybe even heard what they are discussing within themselves when there were at least a distance of a couple of hundred meters away separating them.

But what they didn't know was that Leo actually planted a small microchip device inside one of the pockets inside the little girls clothes and the device is able to transfer sounds like a walkie talkie and also acts as GPS locator for the little girl. Just in case that Charlie and his companions whom Leo handed to take care of the little girl escapes with her even though he already had the Navigation Map of the system even if they leave now.

But it would still be very stressful for him to track them. After all, the Navigation Map only indicates the life signals of individuals and other elements like mines or places where there are a lot of resources to obtain within it and it doesn't record the names of people or either monsters or zombies but just simple Red, Blue and Green dots including legends or symbols for places

Unfortunately for them, they didn't know all of this or they would have just silently escape by themselves with either leaving with the little girl with them or not

So in the end, what they did is they just sat and stood there and rigidly.watched the intense fight in front of them like they are just watching a fight scene in a movie but this one in frong of them is "Live".

But a little while later, except for Charlie and Rose. The others are already walking around and started picking things up from the ground, like herbs that they already identified as useful and fruits just hanging around while Rose kept the little girl tightly in her arms, incredibly afraid that something harmful comes to her and most of her focus was on her and she didn't even bother watching the battle in front of her.

In the end, it was only Charlie left who was watching intently at battle as he tried really hard to gain inspirations from the battle but sadly for him...

'Damn, if only I'm able to use a greatsword like him then I could've at least learn something from this!' Charlie lamented as he gripped the straight double-edged sword on his hands tightly.

'Wait..' Charlie suddenly thought of something incredible as his smile grew wide almost reaching his ears.

"Hey! Come gather here for a minute!" Charlie immediately stood up and called out to the rest of the men who are wandering and gathering things around them.

A few seconds later, the group gathered together again.

"What did you call us for?" said a young man named, Marcus.

"I just thought of something" Charlie said with a smile.

The rest looked at each other in the eyes and then back to Charlie, "Sure, what is it?"

"Why don't we…" their conversations trailed off along the wind.

"F*cking bastards, hmmp!" Leo snorted when he heard their conversation through the earpiece obviously connected to his ears, just like what the name of the item says.

"Boss, where are you?" the worried voice of Austin suddenly sounded from the walkie talkie attached at the shirt on his right shoulder.

"No worries! I'll be there in half an hour..! I think.."said Leo as he pressed the walkie talkie from his shoulder as he rotated while in mid air. Dodging the two humongous white tusk heading towards his front and back.

"What do you..Wait! Are you in the middle of a battle right now!?" Austin literally screamed through the walkie talkie when he heard multiple growls of beasts coming from the other side.

"Yep!..I think there's at least over three hundred or maybe more mutated boars surrounding me right now" Leo said with a bit of a quiver in his voice as he slid in the ground along his back as he sliced another beast in half through the monster's underside or belly in short.

"Uhh..we'll head there immediately!" replied Austin as he started giving out orders to his men at his side..

"Psshh! You don't even know where I am right now!" Leo said with a smug look on his face but it soon disappeared when he heard Austin's reply.

"Don't worry boss! We uhh..planted a GPS tracker on your clothes" Austin said with a bit of difficulty in his voice.

"What? When!? Who put it on me!? I will beat the shit out of that person!" Leo said angrily!

"Uhh….your mom?" Austin said with a muffled laugh.

"I will..! Mom? Uhh...nevermind. Just...get over here fast then, Over!" Leo suddenly choked as he wasn't expecting that it was his Mother's idea and even the one who planted it on him.

After all, he can't really beat his mother, right?

And who the hell would be guarded towards his own parents now!?

Also, Mother's are especially scary when they start to tirade and nag at you...that last for hours!
