Ye Shaoyang observed for almost a minute. Then, he heard a sudden ring from the Dharma staff—the sign that the paths of destruction and the paths of life were about to switch.

Suddenly, a light flashed inside the three paths of life as if a bunch of swords had pierced into the spirits in that part of the formation. Instantly, the spirits inside were destroyed, and countless wisps of primordial spirit flew out. Not long after, spirits started to come out from the original paths of destruction. But this time, there were Lunar Specters and Earth Specters. Even a few red glowing awakened spirits appeared. However, this was not a challenge for the gang, and they handled the situation with ease.

Her soul stayed in one of the corners of the spirit nest and did not move. Even though Ye Shaoyang mainly used his Divine Eye to sense her location, he could also sense her immense power. With the incantation of the Maoshan Soul-tracking spell, Ye Shaoyang tried to move Feng Xinyu’s soul.

Her soul shook and was forcibly moved about 10 meters. She was moved to the center of the spirit nest. However, Feng Xinyu would not let this continue. Xie Yuqing, who had Trypophobia, immediately vomited when she saw its face.

Even though this sight creeped Ye Shaoyang out, he pulled Old Guo back and stood in front of the monster, “Everyone, stay back and listen to my orders. This monster is an undead king!”

The phrase ‘undead king’ stunned everyone. Then, Xiao Ma mumbled, “Isn’t that the highest level for an undead?”

“If they cultivate in the usual way, it is the highest level achievable,” Ye Shaoyang explained. He knew that this was going to be a hard fight.
