Ye Shaoyang walked up to the man with a bunch of ancient coins in hand just in case. He tapped on the man’s shoulder, but there was no reaction.

Ye Shaoyang tapped harder, but there was still no reaction. Even after calling him, he still did not react. This was definitely not normal.

Ye Shaoyang shook his head as he had never seen anyone so engrossed in gaming.

Then Ye Shaoyang quickly backed up a bit and stood in front of the old man in front of the fat man. The man looked like he was in his sixties, he wore old-fashioned clothing. His skin looked rough and his beard was messy. From his appearance, it seemed like he was a laborer.

Then, he held them in his hands in special positions: one was in front while the other two were slightly behind. The driver held up the cigarettes and presented them to the old man.

The old man sighed and grabbed the cigarette that was in front. Then, he slowly walked toward the door. The driver let out a breath of relief and opened the door for him.

“What happened?” Ye Shaoyang asked Tan Xiaohui curiously.

Tan Xiaohui explained in a low voice, “This is sort of a rule in our region. If the driver discovers the undead, the driver mustn’t chase it out but must do a ritual to ask it to leave. As you saw the undead picked the cigarette in front just now, this means he is willing to leave, but if he chose to take the two cigarettes behind, that means he is not willing to leave.”

“What happens after he walks away?” Ye Shaoyang asked.
