Upon hearing this, the swamp ant immediately dodged to one side and consciously stood next to Locke.

The Silkworm Queen and the flame scorpion did the same, well aware of the complexities of sorcerer training and not wishing to trouble themselves.

As for Locke, he had long ago tackled the 'Black Beard Chapter' without any real understanding. Clearly, he was not cut out for the path of a sorcerer.

“Sorcerer Ivan is asking you, why are you looking at me? Don't expect me to join you; I'm not studying. Learning too much gives me a headache,” the Silkworm Queen glared at the two rapid wood silkworms, as if warning them not to drag her into this.

“Your mother has always enjoyed taking it easy; don't mind her,” Ivan said.

Hearing his words, the Silkworm Queen was tempted to defend herself but feared being forced into service, so she decided to feign ignorance.
