Song Tian's Farm and His Daily Life 52 New Worker

Claudia Lawrence keeps looking around, she didn't expect the area is relatively clean.

There's one thing seems odd to her, not only there are no nets around the crops, she didn't see anyone on the planted area, "Where's everyone? At this hour, the farm-hands supposed to tend the crops already," she thought.

She saw Song Tian walked toward her, "Hello, boss," she said.

Song Tian laughed, "So early? It's not 9 AM yet," he said.

Claudia Lawrence smiled, "I'm curious with my workplace," she said.

Claudia Lawrence continued, "Boss, where are the farm-hands? Why they're not here yet?" she asked.

Song Tian scratched his head, "Farm-hands? I'm the only one on this farm. Follow me, I'll show you around the farm," he said as he led Claudia Lawrence to show her the farm.

Claudia Lawrence surprised, "You doing all this work by yourself?" she said.

Song Tian nodded, both of them arrived at the chicken coop.

Claudia Lawrence looked at the chickens roaming around inside the fence, and she follows Song Tian inside it. She can see the chicken coop had separated area for hens and roosters.

There's also a breeding room inside it, once she stepped in, she's surprised at the floor as it's really soft.

Song Tian led her to the nearest building, which is the warehouse.

Song Tian pointed at each storage, "That's Crop Storage and Egg Storage," he said.

Claudia Lawrence nodded, and Song Tian continues to show her around.

Several moments later, in front of the shop, Claudia Lawrence asked, "Boss, why I don't see any tractor in here?" she said.

This farm is really odd to her since her boss said he's the only one who's working in here, she thought there would be at least some tractors for him to use.

Song Tian laughed, "Tractor? I only started this farm for almost two months. I only use the traditional way, with a hoe," he said.

Claudia Lawrence shocked, "Really? You're only using a hoe with all those plants?" she said.

There's a lot of plants in the planted area, added with the one inside the greenhouse, she felt it was impossible to do it with only one person.

Song Tian smiled, "Yes, I'll show you later once I need to plants another crop," he said.

Song Tian continued, "The restroom will be built today on the back of the shop, and it'll be ready tomorrow. For now, you can use the restroom on the first floor of my cabin," he said as he already notified Wang Hai about this.

Claudia Lawrence nodded, and she went inside to the shop.

She looked at the two small display fridges with several fruits and vegetables already in it, and there's also a table with several jars of jam on top of it.

When she saw the sign with the crop prices on it, her face changed. "Boss, are you sure someone would buy with that price?" she couldn't help but ask.

To her, the price listed on the sign is overpriced for the supplier.

Song Tian already expected that to happens, he picks a strawberry and handed it to Claudia Lawrence, "Try it and tell me how much is this strawberry worth if it were to put on the retail store," he said.

Claudia Lawrence took the huge strawberry and immediately ate it.

Song Tian saw her immediately devouring the fruits in her hand, it's the same expression when Fujiwara Ayame and other peoples try it.

Song Tian laughed, "How is it?" he said.

Claudia Lawrence nodded eagerly, "Boss, this strawberry can be sold for at least $10 each fruit in the retail store," she said.

Claudia Lawrence continued, "Boss, are you using this app for the cashier?" she said as she took her phone and shows it to Song Tian.

Song Tian nodded, "Yes, you can use your phone or your laptop to use that. Sent me your username and I'll make you an admin," he said.

Song Tian continued, "Here's the password for wifi on my farm," he said as he sent a message on his phone to Claudia Lawrence.

At 1 PM after lunch, Claudia Lawrence already used to work on the shop. She didn't expect there would be a lot of customer in this area.

Most of the customer also surprised to see a woman work on the shop, they're satisfied with this worker, she's really nice and professional on her work.

Claudia Lawrence managing the farm log on her laptop, she saw a man, smiled, "Welcome," she said.

The man nodded, "Is this Song Tian's Farm? Do you know where the owner is?" he asked.

Claudia Lawrence smiled, "He's on his cabin right now, wait for me to call him," she said as she took her phone.

Not long after, Song Tian came to the shop, he was already notified by Claudia Lawrence that someone is looking for him.

Song Tian looked at the man, smiled, "I'm Song Tian, how can I help you?" he asked.

The man smiled, "Mr. Song, I'm Udin Karas, manager from the department store at the Wellspring Town. I'd like to become a retailer of your product," he said.

Song Tian eyes lit up, "There are only several products available at my farm. Mr. Karas, follow me to the warehouse," he said as he led Udin Karas to the warehouse.

On their way, Song Tian asked, "Mr. Karas, where do you heard my farm from?" he said.

Udin Karas laughed, "Mr. Song, just call me Udin. I went to the festival and saw you on the top three," he said.

Song Tian nodded, turns out Udin Karas knows him from the festival, "Why this farm? There are Pedro Costa, Tanaka Miyu, and Tom Hawkes. Their product is excellent," he said.

Song Tian wants to know why the reason of Udin Karas came to him as other farmers are better than him in the festival.

Udin Karas smiled bitterly, "Being retailer at Costa's Farm is impossible, we would have to wait for one or two years because a lot of people always got their deal faster than us," he said.

Udin Karas continued, "Tanaka Miyu only partnered with her big brother's company and didn't accept an outsider. Lastly, Tom Hawkes place is really far from our area," he said.

After looking at the product in the warehouse and tries it, Udin Karas followed Song Tian to the cabin.

Song Tian looked at the contract, Udin Karas need 10.000 strawberries, 10.000 roma tomatoes, and 20.000 blueberries per month.

The store will take 2500 strawberries, 2500 roma tomatoes, and 5000 blueberries weekly, and he also had to deliver it to the department store.

Udin Karas asked, "How is it? Can you supply us with that amount?" he said.

Song Tian smiled, "Yes, we can," he said as he doesn't have to worry about delivering the product since he had Song Yi's Express to provide the service for free.

Udin Karas nodded, "Alright, our store will pay half first and pay the rest after the contract finished," he said.

Udin Karas continued, "I want to see if you can supply the product consistently within a year. If you can, I will consider to partner up with your farm," he said.

Song Tian eyes lit up, he immediately signed the contract and smiled, "I guarantee you won't be disappointed with me as the supplier," he said.

Udin Karas chuckled, "Hoho, we'll see," he said.

Several moments later, Udin Karas left as he already transferred $420.000 to Song Tian and sent the address of the store.

Claudia Lawrence looked at Song Tian who's entering the shop, "Boss, how is it?" she asked.

Song Tian laughed, "Check the log, I just post it now," he said.

Claudia Lawrence looked at the log on her laptop, surprised, "Wow, you scored big, boss," she said.

Song Tian laughed, "Yes, and after a year, my farm will become a partner with them," he said.

Claudia Lawrence asked, "But how are you going to deliver it?" she said.

Song Tian smiled, "Don't worry, you'll see soon," he said as he already told Song Yi about the delivery and since Udin Karas said he needs the product today.

Not long after, the Song Yi's worker came to the shop to report that he had already loaded the product from the warehouse and going to deliver it.

Claudia Lawrence looked at the truck leaving the farm, "Wow, you even have a delivery business," she said.

She noticed there's her boss surname on the [Song Yi] logo on the truck.

Song Tian smiled, "It's not mine, it's my family business," he said.

Several moments later, Su Wen came with her sister, Su Lin.

Song Tian smiled, "Welcome," he said.

Su Lin nodded as she looked around and saw a chicken coop.

Su Wen smiled apologetically, "Song Tian, my sister said she wants to check out your chicken," she said.

Song Tian laughed, "You can just ask me directly, follow me," he said as he led Su Lin and Su Wen to the chicken coop.

Su Lin looked the chicken roaming in the outside, she went inside and found the chicken coop is surprisingly clean.

She went back to the outside and pick one hen in front of her.

Song Tian looked at Su Lin who's inspecting the chicken. Although he didn't know what she's doing, he just let her be.

Not long after, Su Lin already put the last chicken on the ground.

Su Wen gulped, "Sister, is there something wrong with the chickens?" she couldn't help but ask.

Su Lin shook her head, "No, they're all healthy," she said.

Su Wen sighed in relief, "Here I thought there's something is wrong with the chicken when you keep your face straight like that," she said.

Su Wen looked at Song Tian who seems to be confused, "My sister came to check your chicken health, she's a vet and will open her clinic on this area," she said.

Song Tian eyes lit up, he looked at Su Lin, "Great, I can rely on you whenever there's something wrong with my animals, hehe," he said.

Su Lin nodded, she also relieved to see the chicken here is healthy.

At first, she thought the chicken will have some problem since Song Tian just started his farm.

Her purpose here is to see if Song Tian can take care of the chickens.

If not, Su Lin will make a small guide about how to take care of animals properly and ask her little sister to gave it to Song Tian.

All of them went back to the shop to hang out until 5 PM, and Claudia Lawrence already left with Su Lin.

At the living room, Song Li and Xiao Yu who's laying on Su Wen's laps suddenly opened their eyes.

Song Tian noticed the cats suddenly opened their eyes at the same times, asked, "Xiao Li, what's happening?" he said.

"I sensed a dangerous aura around the hill," Song Li said as he jumped to the floor and transformed to his tiger form which makes Su Wen surprised.

Su Wen looked at the gray with a black strip tiger, "You can transform?" she said.

Song Li nodded, "Yes, this is my true form. Let's not talk about this, you guys wait for me here. I'm going to check the situation," he said.

Song Tian shook his head, "I'll come with you," he said.

He looked at Su Wen sternly, "You stay here with Xiao Yu," he said.

Xiao Yu jumped to Song Li's back, "I'm coming too, I have to make sure my home is safe," she said.

Song Tian looked at Su Wen who's also sat on Song Li's back, "Oy, you're not coming with us. Just stay here, it's dangerous," he said.

Su Wen glared at Song Tian, "I'm coming too," she said.

Su Wen is curious as to what is happening ever since she heard Song Li said about the dangerous aura around the hill.

Although she's scared, she didn't know why she wants to come along as her curiosity right now is suppressing her fear.

Song Tian shook his head, "No, If something happens to you, how should I explain to your family? Just stay here, and we'll be back shortly," he said.

Su Wen harrumphed, "Back shortly? Do you think I'm a kid? I'm coming with you, period," she said.

After trying to persuade her for a while, Song Tian smiled bitterly as Su Wen didn't even budge for a bit.

Song Tian sighed, "You must listen to what I said when we're on the hill and don't do anything reckless," he said.

Su Wen nodded, and all of them went to the hill area.
