Looking at the five big seeds, Song Tian gently throws them to the pond, and the seeds disappeared just after it touched the surface of the water.

Song Tian then buys some fish feeds for the baby fish, and he went back to his cabin.

On the couch, Song Tian sent a message to Wang Hai. Since he won $500.000 from the festival, he decided to speed up his task from the fourth main quest, which is to build the barn.

Wang Hai told him that he will come soon and Song Tian went to open his shop with the cats.

Several moments later, Wang Hai arrived at Song Tian's farm and went to the shop. Looking at Song Tian behind the cashier area handed the product to a customer, he decided to wait for his brother to finish the transaction.

After the customer left, Wang Hai asked, "Brother, how is the festival?" he said.

Song Tian smiled, "I get third place, that's why I want to build the barn immediately," he said.

Wang Hai surprised, "You got into top three in that huge festival? Does that mean you're third best in this country?" he said as he can't attend the festival since he's really busy with his work.

Song Tian shook his head, "Yes, but saying that I'm the third best in the country is still too early for me. There are a lot of amazing farmers out there, and I even met another young farmer," he said as he remembers Tom Hawkes.

Song Tian continued, "If I only bring a few of crops, I would've lost to that young farmer," he said since he won it by variety while the other points had the same amount with Tom Hawkes.

Wang Hai laughed, "Young farmer? Damn, you even got a rival on this field, huh," he said.

Song Tian nodded, "Yes, his name is Tom Hawkes," he said.

After talking for a while, Wang Hai went to take a note of Song Tian request about the barn.

Song Tian planned to build a barn enough for twenty, just barely sufficient for completing his quest.

Several minutes later, Wang Hai finishes with the notes, "Alright, I'll email you immediately after I got the approval. Brother, are you sure you can handle it without a worker?" he couldn't help but ask.

Wang Hai thought that a lot of crops, chickens, and shop his brother doing is already too much.

Song Tian smiled bitterly, "My income itself is already stable, but I need more than that if I consider hiring someone," he said.

From selling his product on the shop, Song Tian already makes minimal of $200/day, and sometimes he earned $1000 or more when some customers went to buy a lot of product for party and such.

Song Tian already planned to hire someone for his shop. But he needs to wait until his minimal incomes reached $300 or more, so he can be at ease when hiring a full-time worker.

Wang Hai looked at his brother's income log, "This income is already enough for you to hire someone. How much are you planning to pay the worker?" he asked.

Song Tian pondered for a moment, "$20 per hour, and it will be 40 hours a week," he said.

Cold sweat started trickling from Wang Hai's forehead, "For the flipping shop? What the fudge? Brother, our country's average salary per hour is $15 per hour. That's too much," he said.

Song Tian surprised, "Really?" he said as he didn't know that the average salary on Archaine is $15 per hour.

Wang Hai smiled bitterly, "Of course, how come you didn't know about this?" he said as he wipes his sweat. "Phew, if you really set it to $20 per hour, I can't imagine how many would apply for the job," he said.

Song Tian laughed, "Alright, then I'll set it to $16 per hour," he said as he didn't expect that he already can hire a worker even with his minimal incomes.

At 3 PM, Wang Hai already left, and Song Tian is about to close his shop. After closing the door, he saw a truck, and a car just arrived in front of the small apartment.

Song Tian looked at the man, and a young kid stepped out of the car, his eyes lit up, "Finally, new neighbors," he said.
