Song Tian's Farm and His Daily Life 46 Archaine Farmers Festival

He picks the container and put them on the ground, sighed in relief, "Glad I brought the container which has wheels on it," he said as the area is really huge.

Archaine Farmers Festival is being held at the vast open field in Western Milverion, and one hour drive from his parent's house, which is located at Eastern Milverion. The area is 12 hectares and only used by the large organization to hold a huge event.

Song Tian looked at the girls and the cats, "Let's go, we're going through another entrance," he said.

Near the entrance, Song Tian saw Andre Montero waving at him.

Andre Montero looked at Song Tian who's coming with the big container, laughed, "Wow, looks like our young ones bring a lot of products, huh," he said.

Song Tian laughed, he started to introduce the girls and the cats. Andre Montero was surprised to see the cats are calmly sat on top of containers, "Don't you afraid if your cats are going to run away?" he asked.

Song Tian laughed, "Nah, don't worry about that," he said as he looked around and saw another farmer brought their products and animals.

He even saw there's someone who brings a camel which makes him surprised.

Andre Montero led him to the crops area, and he met with Tanaka Miyu, who's arranging the crops on her stand.

Tanaka Miyu smiled, "Song Tian, we finally met again," she said.

Song Tian scratched his head, "Miss Tanaka, I didn't expect you also participate in this," he said.

Tanaka Miyu laughed, "Just call my name, it's not like our family didn't know each other," she said.

Tanaka Miyu looked at the girls who are looking at her curiously, "This is?" she asked.

Song Tian smiled, "This is my little sister, Song Xia and my friend, Su Wen. This woman right here is Tanaka Miyu," he said as he introduces them to Tanaka Miyu.

After talking for a minute, Song Tian started to arrange his crops. He looked at Tanaka Miyu's stand and surprised to see the prices is way higher than him.

Song Tian sighed in relief, "Here I thought my crops would be overpriced," he thought in his mind.

Tanaka Miyu came to his stand with a man in his thirties and a woman, "Song Tian, this is also a member of Archaine Farming Association, Pedro Costa and his wife, Viviana Esparza," she said.

Pedro Costa laughed, "Wow, it's rare to see such a young farmer," he said as he patted Song Tian's shoulder.

Viviana Esparza smiled apologetically, "Pardon my husband rudeness," she said as she pinches her husband's arm.

Song Tian laughed, "It's fine, looking at the big container behind you. Are you guys also participating in crops competition?" he asked.

Pedro Costa laughed, "Of course, my stand is just right beside you. I'm going to set up my stand now, if you got any question, don't be afraid to ask me," he said as he went to the stand area with his wife.

Song Tian looked at Tanaka Miyu, "There's a lot of association members, huh?" he said.

Tanaka Miyu smiled, "Yes, there's a lot of members here. Just don't let your guard off, there's also a lot of Whirlpool Farming Society members here," she said.

Tanaka Miyu continued, "Don't forget to keep five of your products each for the judges," she said.

Song Tian nodded, he sat on the chair. He looked at his little sister, laughed, "Can't wait to try the food, huh?" he said.

Song Xia eyes lit up, "Hehe, thank you brother," she took the money immediately and went with Su Wen and the cats to the food area.

Song Tian then saw the crops already displayed on Pedro Costa's stand, he's also surprised to see the price is higher than him.

Song Yi giggled, "Master, you can look at its stats," she said.

He tried to see the stats on one of the crops on Pedro Costa's stand and startled, "What kind of stats is that?" he thought.

Song Tian smiled bitterly, he looked at the crops on Tanaka Miyu's stand, and all of them also has [3 Star High-Quality].

Song Tian went to their stands and tries each product. Although the size of the fruits and vegetables are within the regular sizes, the taste is way better than his crops.

Song Tian smiled bitterly, "I really overestimate myself," he said.

Pedro Costa smiled, "Cheer up, young man. Your product is already better than average, you just need to care more about your plants," he said as he already tries Song Tian's fruit and vegetables.

Song Tian sighed, "How I do that? I already put the high-quality organic fertilizer, and there's no pest on my plants," he said.

Pedro Costa chuckled, "Even if there's no pest, you also need to think a way to maximize its production," he said.

Pedro Costa continued, "Strawberry, for example, you can't just let it grow and do nothing. You have to prune the unnecessary branch on your plants, so the energy will spread to your plants evenly," he said as he continues to explain all the plant-related stuff.

Several moments later, Pedro Costa finished explaining all the stuff to him. "Thank you, Pedro," he said.

Pedro Costa laughed, "It's fine, I can't believe you even bother listening all of this. Just take it slowly," he said as he went back to his chair.

Song Tian was overwhelmed by a lot of stuff about the plants from Pedro Costa. Even Tanaka Daichi already teach him about the farm-related thing, it's only general information of it.

After coming to the festival, Song Tian learned about pruning and other stuff. He's grateful to Tanaka Daichi who's registering him for the festival and Pedro Costa who teaches him a lot about the plants.

Two hours later, Song Tian saw the product of Tanaka Miyu, and Pedro Costa already sold out. His product is also selling very well, but it can't be compared to the two peoples beside him.

Song Tian saw a man is coming to his stall, the man is using oversized jacked which the sleeve is enough to cover his palms.

The man several blueberries, "I'll buy these," he said as he took out his money and handed to Song Tian.

The man picks the blueberry on the shopping bag and eats it.

After several seconds, he picks another blueberry but didn't eat it immediately.

Song Tian saw the man eating the berries, and starting to notice the weird behavior of the man.

The man took a while after picking the berries, and his palm started to disappear inside of his sleeve with the blueberry.

Song Tian notices a slight movement on the man's sleeve, and several seconds later, the man's palm appeared again.

Just before the man tries to bites the blueberry, he's startled to see his wrist is being held by the young man, "What are you doing?" he said.

Song Tian sighed, "You know, life is wonderful. While it also has its downside, there's no reason to end your life because of it," he said.

The man was puzzled, "What are you even talking about?" he said.

Tanaka Miyu and Pedro Costa noticed the commotion and went to the Song Tian's stand. Tanaka Miyu asked, "Song Tian, what's happening?" she said.

Song Tian smiled bitterly, "This man is hiding something on his sleeve, he tries to mix it with the blueberry he just bought. I think this man wants to commit suicide," he said, which makes the man jaw widened.

Tanaka Miyu and Pedro Costa saw Song Tian took out a small syringe from the man's sleeve which makes them surprised.

Pedro Costa immediately took the syringe and took a closer look, and he went somewhere.

Tanaka Miyu looked at the man, "Song Tian, why do you think he's going to commit a suicide?" she asked.

Song Tian answered, "What else? The man's trying to mix up some unknown stuff to his foods. What else if he's not committing suicide?" he said.

But, Song Tian mind suddenly struck as he realizes something, "Wait, don't tell me he's trying to sabotage my product?" he said.

Tanaka Miyu sighed in relief, "At least you know what's going on. Hold him for a while," she said.

She looked at the man, "Sir, you're going to be in trouble," she said as she took out her phone.

Pedro Costa came back with several farmers, he looked at them, "Is that the man?" he asked, and the farmer nodded their heads.

Pedro Costa sighed, "Alright, don't do anything to him, wait for security to come," he said.

Pedro Costa looked at Song Tian, "There's a bittering agent on the syringe. These farmers with me had their stands shut down by security," he said.

Pedro Costa continued, "This man is the cause of it," he said as he glanced the man who's being held by Song Tian.

The man tries to escape, but he can't move his limbs after being held by Song Tian.

Several moments later, the security came and started to identify the man. The man turns out to be one of the Whirlpool Farming Society's members, which makes Song Tian surprised.

Because he caught the man, which he thought is going to commit suicide, the security takes another investigation and finds another member from the same organization.

Although their methods are different, they had the same goal, which is to sabotage another farmers product.

As a penalty, all participants from the Whirlpool Farming Association are getting disqualified.

Since the festival is being held by the government, the Whirlpool Farming Society is also going to be handed to the police for further investigation.

Song Tian sighed in relief, "Phew, looks like another organization is going to be shut down," he said.

Tanaka Miyu shook her head, "If it's that easy to make them disappear, you probably never saw them today," she said.

Tanaka Miyu continued, "At most, their organization is going to pay some fines and some members involved are the only ones who are going to be put on probation," she said.

Pedro Costa smiled bitterly, "They've been known for causing troubles. They only cause several small problems, which isn't enough for the government to shut them down. But this time it's serious since it's involved in government event, I hope the government will try to consider that," he said.

Song Tian talked with Tanaka Miyu and Pedro Costa for a while, and he saw his little sister with Su Wen coming back. He looked at his little sister, who's holding a big jar of milk, "How is the food area?" he asked.

Song Xia answered, "Brother, you have to go there. I didn't expect there's a lot of delicious foods here," she said.

Su Wen nodded eagerly, "That's right, we also met with Fujiwara Ayame. She's one of the judges for the artisanal food competition," she said.

Song Tian surprised, but before he says anything, he heard an announcement.

"All participants, please bring your product to the evaluation area."
