Chapter 55 Demon Emperor’s Tomb

The Spirit Ruins Paradise’s Elders were now handling Pang Bo. A red light came from one of the Elders. It turned into a sparkling scarlet net as it tried to cover Pang Bo.

Pang Bo’s current aura was still and deathly. Only his two eyes seemed to have life as they flashed with green light. He reached out his hands up to the sky as if he wanted to tear apart the scarlet net.

Another Elder’s body emitted rays of violet light. A violet-gold eight trigram mirror appeared within his hand. When it shone on Pang Bo, violet light shot out, immediately enveloping Pang Bo and keeping him locked in place. Hazy violet air circled around him.

Whoosh.

The scarlet net descended, securely binding Pang Bo. Elder Wu Qingfeng walked up, only pointing out a sword-like finger. Light shot out, and divine energy sealed Pang Bo, making it impossible for him to move at all.

Seeing the Elders easily capture him with smiling expressions, Ye Fan finally relaxed. This probably wouldn’t become a problem.

The muffled sound once more sounded from the volcano, but this time, Ye Fan was prepared. Using the Dao Scripture’s mystical arts, a golden splendor blossomed from his Sea of Bitterness, flowing around his heart. The Spirit Ruins Paradise’s Sect Leader and its four Grand Elders were not cowed. One of them replied, “These ruins were originality left behind by our human race. Now that something so precious has appeared, us coming to see if it has any predestined affinity with us is very reasonable, don’t you think?”

“These primal ruins are our land. We naturally can’t let you easily come steal our treasures!” the armless golden-winged maiden with golden hair cold shouted. “If you humans want to try it out, don’t blame us for not being polite!”

“These are our human race’s ruins. You guys are just borrowing it to live on. How can it be considered your land?” The Spirit Ruin Paradise Sect Leader was not at all afraid. Although he spoke very calmly, his words possessed a frightening loftiness.

“Impossible, all the buildings here and built in a human style, how could it have any relationship to the demon clan?” questioned one of the Spirit Ruin Paradise’s Grand Elders. Both sides refused to concede to the other, all wanting to target the ancient palace in the lava.

The interior of the ancient temple emitted the muffled sound, and even the Greater Demons and the Spirit Ruins Paradise’s Sect Leader’s group were almost not able to bear it at such a close distance, causing their faces to turn ugly.

The flaring lava appeared exceptionally bright and red as it continuously surged, appearing just like crimson blood. That resplendent ancient palace slowly rose, gradually leaving the volcano’s crater.

That old Flood Dragon stood up and studied the palace for a while before saying in a trembling voice, “It really is the tomb of our demon race’s Great Emperor. It’s exactly the same as the ancestors described!”

None of them had thought that this ancient palace made from five-colored divine jade was the burial ground of the last Great Emperor of the demon race.
