Mamoru was given the eastern border, both he and Feena had the brains but the amount of work over there, a man should take this responsibility.

Azusa was left with the remaining bullying acts within the kingdom. There's no discrimination in leaving her here, instead the reason lies with the fact that Feena and the others were children of nobles watching over the borders, especially the dealings in the past with the other kingdoms.

And so, one way or another, they have more intel when it comes to the borders. Akihiro also knew that there's no such thing as specific border for these four that is why giving the task on the other three borders were purely random.

Raven was left with keeping the knights training. The war had just ended but it doesn't hurt to be more prepared rather than be defeated by sudden attacks. The world is vast, enemies linger everywhere and that is why they wanted to be even more prepared than they were before.

Despite having swords as his weapons, Raven have diligently listened to Eureka's introduction and how she used bow and arrow, that is why he also had ample knowledge regarding it. So as he teach he also started using it in practice.

Yukimura and the others would be on meeting with Akihiro almost everyday regarding the rules and regulations within the kingdom. After all most of their rules were based on the premise that the people have abilities. Now that they live in a world without abilities, they can only change it and improve it at the same time.

Leo was still asleep, but from time to time they would notice his fingers moving or his eyes would at times flutter as if he was about to open them. Akito was still the one in charge in monitoring him.

Kaoru, on the day the other kingdoms left, were called by Akihiro and was tasked to learn everything about ruling a kingdom. He was a prince but he was more on the rebellious side, he never wanted to learn anything about ruling. Adding to the fact that Akihiro inherited the Magma ability, Kaoru left everything to him and just learned how to support him.

But even this knowledge was put into a stop when he became estranged with Akihiro, after what had happened to Haruka and because he was under Juzo's control. And so all his knowledge were more on being the headmaster of a school.

"NO! I'm tired, I no longer want to!! You're a demon!! Demon!! Demon!!" and just like today he was once again complaining with everything that he had to learn.

"Enough!! You've been saying that all this time, I'm getting tired of this. Finish all of these today or I won't give you time to drink any tea or eat any cookie at all," Akihiro massaged his temple as he berated his younger brother.

He's used to these though, for in the past, Kaoru really didn't like anything about paper works. That is also why the teacher at the academy were having headaches after he became the headmaster. He would leave everything to them and just laze around all day.

Kaoru was lost for words upon hearing his brother's words. 'Tea' and 'Cookie' was his favorite past time. That is why even when he was telling stories to Raven and the others way back in the past, he would always tell it while drinking coffee or tea with some cookies or other pastries.

"You won't do that," he pouted and said plus he has his own stocks as well and so he didn't believe his brother. But his temper have tremendously changed to that of a child trying to test his parents.

"What do you think?" Akihiro asked with his eye brow raised.

Kaoru looked at him intently before slowly widening his eyes before he run fast to the adjoining room from Akihiro's office. He instantly checked his secret compartment and found out that it was empty.

Akihiro counted from through 5 before he heard a wail coming from the next room.

"YOU'RE A DEMON!!!!" soon Kaoru shouted.

Knowing that he really wouldn't have a time for his snacks if he didn't finish all his lessons, he could only endure and cry as he sorrowfully stare at his books and papers.

The maids didn't know whether to laugh or to feel pity. Imagine a man, a foot or two taller than the ladies, crying in front of his papers like a child who was not allowed to go out unless he finished his homework.

Akihiro could only massage his temple even more after hearing his shout. He knows this is the only way for his brother to properly concentrate on really becoming a king. If he didn't threaten him then surely there would be no fruit at all.

Two hours have passed and Akihiro left for another meeting, Kaoru was still sniffing and enduring reading all through the papers laid in front of him. He was only able to finish half of what he needed to finish for the day and it is already afternoon. Counting the time he could tell that he would only be able to finish close to midnight.

Once again he wanted to cry and he was about to when he heard the soft closing of the door. Soon the smell of freshly brewed coffee permeated his nose, together with the smell of freshly baked pantries.

He instantly looked up, that's when he noticed that all those guarding him were no longer there. And standing across him was Akira, she was gently placing everything on the table at the center of the room. Upon seeing all the pantries, his already tired mind suddenly became alert.

Akira felt him staring at her, upon looking she chuckled seeing him look like a dog wagging his tail happily.

"Come on now, you really won't be able to learn anything if you don't anything. And don't worry the king is not around. So just eat before returning to your studies."

Without asking any questions he dashed towards the table and started wolfing on the pantries laid in front of him. Akira sat across him leisurely drinking her own coffee, a gentle smile appeared on her face as she watch Kaoru eat.

Outside the door of Akihiro's office.

"You really can't be strict to him can you?" Haruka asked happily.

She and Akihiro knew that Akira would come and bring with her some of the things Kaoru loves to eat. That is why Akihiro is not yet entering his office. The door connecting the two rooms were open after all, if he enters Kaoru would see him. So he could only stand outside and wait.

A gentle smile appeared on his face as well, "Come on now, shall we have some snack as well?"

Haruka smiled happily as the two of them walk away from the offices, leaving the two together enjoying their afternoon snack.
