Stella nodded and went forward to the room where interviewers were taking interview...

When she entered in the room and looked at the faces of interviewers, she froze

Why the hell is this happening to me? I thought I'm going to give a very clean and clear interview, but what now? the lady she hate the most is going to take her interview, She will reject her right away if she recognize her...

She started praying inwardly "Please Please Please God...!! Help me and vanish me from her memories please..."

She was still praying and a voice disturbed her

"So miss Stella, You don't have any experiences ...right ??"

Stella nodded and said "I don't have but I'll do my best to do the job" she said these words with full confidence

"According to your high marks, you have a lot of knowledge for bussiness, I'm right ?"

Stella answered with full of confidence "Yes I do know a lot you can ask me any thing related to it, as much as you know"

The man who was talking to her right now felt somehow uneasy like, someone is challenging his knowledge, so he asked her first question related to bussiness analysis "List the core competencies of business analyst."

He felt confident because it was quite hard to list all of them in this kind of situation

She listened the question and smirked

"'1-Analytical thinking & Decision making

2-Business & Industry knowledge

3-Business process management

4-Technical & Soft skills.

5-Problem solving & Negotiation skills', these five points are the core competencies of bussiness analyst"

She answered all of them with a smile on her face...

The interviewer looked at her in shock, he was the head and every day he used to interview a lot of candidates whenever he asked this questions, no one can answer this quickly and neatly ans she did. But he decided not to back off

He shoot another question "How You Would Be An Asset To Our Organization As Business Development Executive?Explain "

Stella thought for a second and answered bravely "You should be anxious for this question. It gives you a chance to highlight your best points as they relate to the position being discussed. Give a little advance thought to this relationship."

Head interviewer was some how amazed and decided to shoot a question once more "How can you handle and manage the difficult stakeholders?"

She listened this question and started to think of something, now the man was feeling victorious but he still didn't celebrated enough She started to answer him " Dealing with difficult stakeholders is a major task for a BA. There are many ways to handle such situations, few important points to be noted among them are listed below.

i) Identify that difficult stakeholder among the group of stakeholders, listen and concentrate on their point of view with patience. Be polite to them and do not close off the conversation immediately with such people.

ii) Generally, a stakeholder will be difficult because they are not comfortable with few things in the project. So listen to them and answer such difficult stakeholders in a diplomatic way.

iii) Find out a way to meet them personally and have a one on one discussion. By this, you can show your commitment towards them.

iv) Try to find out and resolve their motivations like are they worried about the budget of the project or Curious about the project whether it is turning exactly as per their vision etc.

v) Continuously engage such difficult stakeholders and make them understand that their contribution is much value for the project."

She stated each and every single information of it but the man did'nt want to back off and he kept asking questions in a hard way , but Stella answered them all...

Mean while in CEO's office,

Sebastian was looking at his laptop and was very happy to see Stella like that "Yeah..That's my wife, I'm proud of you"
