She said "Momma this brother just looks

Stella who was still looking at his face and was still not out of her trace and responded as "Uhh"

Era repeated her word "Momma I said this brother looks like me right ?"

Then Stella looked both of them one by one and called Ray "Hey come here and let me take a look at you…"

Ray went forward and without saying anything he just touched her face and said "Momma"

When Stella and people around her hear him call her "Momma…" They all were shocked

Stella asked "Who are you calling your Momma baby?"

He didn't say anything further and just hugged her. He said"That stupid nanny lied she said my momma is no more…" He started sobbing loudly and while sobbing he fainted on her shoulders… Stella was shocked to death by this, she quickly called her bodyguards and asked them to take him to the nearest hospital as soon as possible…

The bodyguards obeyed her and one of them quickly help them to reach the nearest hospital

In this Hospital…

After checking up on Ray Doctor came out of the Ward and asked Stella to follow him

Stella quietly followed the doctor to his cabin…

Inside the Doctor's cabin, Doctor gestured her to sit and she did what she was told to

And said "Yes Doctor?"

Doctor got angry on her because of her carefree behaviour "Are you serious ?? Your son is suffering from internal injuries although they are small one but still for a 1 and a half year old child it is too much to handle…"

Stella was shocked by what she just heard

"What point are you stating? Doctor just tell me clearly ?"

Doctor said "Look I know nowadays mothers like your age are unable to cope up with both career and studies but why the hell you have to give birth to children when you can't handle them on your own?"

Stella angrily said "Look doctor I know I'm a teenage mother but I only have a daughter not a son. He was just calling me Momma and said that some nanny was lying that her mother had died…"

Doctor looked at her expressions and found out that she wasn't lying at all. He said "Sorry I'm so sorry I was just angry, he seems from a big family and you too so I just thought…."

Stella looked at him and said "Thanks doctor I've an important meeting I will just meet him and leave the hospital…"

Doctor said nothing and she went out of his cabin and went towards his ward where he was admitted…

When she entered in the room she saw Era and the boy talking to each other happily

She said "O wow you guys are going pretty well"

They both smiled and she asked Era to go out for a moment

When Era went out she asked the boy "Baby what's your name?" She smiled tenderly while stroking his hair softly…

Up until now Ray understood that he might be his mother and might not be. He said "My daddy gave me a name and it is Ray and my Mommy gave me a name too which is called Evans…"

Stella felt unsettled in her heart when she heard his name "Evans" but keeping that feeling aside she asked "Why didn't you eat since yesterday"

Her tenderness made him feel like crying and some tears rolled out of his eyes on it's own. He said "Nanny didn't gave me any food to eat since yesterday"

Stella was shocked to the core that she can't even reply. She called the nurse while hugging him and asked "What kind of food can I give him to eat?"

Nurse said porridge will be better but you can give him healthy soup too

Stella didn't reply and shook her head up and down and gestured to her to leave and then asked her bodyguards to bring some healthy food for the boy...
