"Magic?!! But How?" Mu Lingxi exclaimed. She never thought that her life can be more complicated.

"Silly girl. If I knew how, do you think I still need to send you away?" Mu Ruochen sadly retorted.

"Oh, I...I'm sorry..." She mumbled and as they got up. Yanyan helps her up of course. She automatically dusted the other party's skirt just like what she used to do whenever she bumped to someone before.

"It's ok Lingxi, I can just change to a new set of a dress just let it be." Mu Lingxi heard a sweet voice with a hint of laughter, she slowly raised her head to meet the owner of that voice.

"It seems like you're totally fine. I'm glad to see that you're not hurt." The lady continued to say.

This lady was no other than Mu Lingxi's cousin, Mu Yanxiao. She had a slender body and pale white skin. Her silky black hair fell beautifully down to her waist. She looks perfect if not for the bandage that she was wearing on her head.

"Yeah, I'm good." Mu Lingxi replied to humor her cousin

She immediately doesn't feel good upon meeting this cousin. Her smile looks so sarcastic.

Mu Lingxi was about to continue walking away when one of Yanxiao's servant whispered to the other handmaiden.

" Lady Lingxi is really ill-mannered, do you see how she speak to Lady Yanxiao, her benefactor?" Loud enough to be heard by Mu Lingxi.

"It seems that you have an opinion for yourself," said Lingxi as she faces the girl who just spoke.

The maidservant glance at Mu Yanxiao and when she saw that her young miss was pretending as if she does not hear anything, she continued to question the behavior of Mu Lingxi.

"Lady Yanxiao got hurt all because of you! But you never intended to visit her, and now that you see her you don't even know how to say thank you!" She said justifiably as if Mu Lingxi really wronged them.

This maidservant is not just a commoner that is why she has guts to utter some words of disdain towards Lingxi. Most of the maidservants around Mu Yanxiao came from the side family of other powerful clans. They are more like a lackey to Yanxiao, doing her bidding without the slightest hesitation.

"Who gave you the right to question young miss? You are just a lowly servant you don't have the right to talk to her! You insolent brat!" Yanyan exclaimed.

This kind of people who do not know better than to hold their tongue was not enough to make her young miss take a personal move.
