Mu Lingxi was planning to visit Schoolmaster Yin's office that night, alone.

She does not wish to disturb her friend's rest that is why she did not wake anyone of them.

Their only source of light comes from the moon as it illuminated the pavement that they were walking through.

It takes them around 10 minutes of walking before they saw the familiar stair that was kept afloat in the air.

Using those stairs the group climbed up until they reach the hall that looks like an art gallery.

Mu Lingxi and her friends looked around for the portrait of the lady under a blooming peach tree as soon as they arrived at the hall.

That portrait always keeps on changing its location every time they went to see Schoolmaster Yin.

When they saw the familiar portrait, they immediately walk towards it and introduced themselves.

"Hello there, good evening. We are student warlocks from the Red realm. We don't have an appointment with Schoolmaster Yin, but we have some urgent matters that need attention. It has something to do with the previous mission that we receive from him. I f you may, can you please relay our message to him? If possible, we would like to meet him tonight.

Long Fuzi knows that it was already disrespectful of them to visit this late of the night.

If it not just because of an emergency, they will not dare come knocking at someone else office at this ungodly hour.

That is why he tried his best to sound polite and well mannered as much as possible when he spoke to the lady in the portrait.

Hoping to win some brownie points by doing so.

The lady in the portrait looked at their faces for a while. Before it landed on Mu Lingxi and Janus' direction.

She stared at them for a while. Then maybe, recognizing them as a frequent visitor of the schoolmaster lately, the lady in the portrait stand up and left her post.

Mu Lingxi and the rest of the group waited for another three more minutes before they finally saw the lady walking back to them.

Most likely, she reported their arrival to the schoolmaster first.

When the lady on the portrait came back to her post, she stretched her hand upwards and tear the canvass of her own painting.

The torn canvass of the painting reveals a long and dark corridor. At the end of that corridor is a wooden double door, which leads to Schoolmaster Yin's office.

The group hurriedly crossed the long and dark corridor going to Schoolmaster Yin's office. This passageway is narrow and it only allows one person, at a time to pass it.

When they finally reached the end of the corridor, Fan Lei knocked on the door.
