Soon he felt a sharp glare that Steve shot straight at him. His back had turned cold.
Ak was sure that Lu's were planning to back off being defensive, but Lei Weiman saw clear stubbornness and hatred for Ak Jain in Ira's eyes.
'She is planning something big.'
Ak discovered that his haughty attitude was unwelcomed and he needed to yield a bit.
"Ms. Lu we can be friends. Please forgive my recklessness. Our Jain group will forever support the Lu Company."
Ira glanced at Ak Jain, but she did not reply.
There was a knock on the door. Vivan's assistant came with a tray carrying tea and snacks. He placed them on the coffee table.
"You can go," Vivan said to the man.
He went back respectfully ignoring the glare from Ak.
Vivan made tea for Ira like an expert.
In a french press pot, he added the hot water.
He poured water over the leaves and steeped it; letting them infuse the herbs slowly.
After a while, he pored the tea in ceramic cups; adding some honey he passed it to Ira.
The aroma of herbs filled the room.
His actions portrayed a proper tea ceremony.
"It is an herbal tea. Mr. Steve." He offered Steve.
From the time she got pregnant, he learned the art of making tea's perfect for her palette.
Ira had a very high need for coffee, with this he successfully curbed her addiction. However now with high-quality tea made by Vivan, Ira found Tea made by others tasteless.
Ira was slowly sipping her tea with a noble and elegant demeanor.
Some time passed, an awkward silence ensued. Vivan was peeling the almonds while Ira was eating those taking all the time in the world.
She knew for a fact that Ak must be anxious to know her conditions. However, his approach to the matter made her wanting to make him suffer.
Ira wanted to unnerve Ak. That being the tactics of a successful businessman for a negotiation
"I don't know what Ms. Lu wants, but I can fulfill every demand," Ak stated.
He can give them millions of dollars of compensation. His grandpa won't see his company downfall.
"Can you assure that your word is the words for the entire Jain Group?" she inquired.
"Yes" Ak boldly stated.
Ira sneered.
"Jain Group is a large construction company. You have many new projects."
Ak went on to say: "The project of Kirat Mountain Villa is going to be completed. If Ms. Lu wishes, I will give Ms. Lu the best villa over there."
Many had their eyes on the project. Getting a villa there was simply a difficult feat.
It was the largest real estate project developed by his grandpa.
He was going to build a high-end wealthy area there. Many knew that it will be completed and out for sales soon.
However, in order to please Lu's he directly offered the Villa in his hands.
