AK frowned with the thought: 'At least in front of the staff members, grandpa should give me face.'
He clenched his fist in anger, then slowly loosened it and took a deep breath.
"You didn't even know what medicine you were manufacturing but invested millions. It is utterly a slap in one's face." he paused briefly:" He who digs a pit for others falls in himself. " with this words Mr.Jain brushed him aside and sat on his seat.
A K Jain sat on a seat to his right. He anxiously filled a glass of water and handed to his grandpa.
"Grandpa, you don't worry. I will handle it. Please rest. Take care of your health" he muttered.
"How do you plan to handle? "
Hearing no reply from A K, he added: "Remember I gave you the opportunity to fight for the position, but you just have to…"
"If this doesn't get resolve, you can forget about the competition, " he stated in a determined voice.
Panic flickered in AK's eyes as he heard those words.
Ak had endless complaints but knew it is not the right time to state them. Hence he swallowed the words of injustice.
"Where is Rk?" Grandpa asked looking at the seat on his left empty.
'There comes the name again. Always on your lips, old man.' AK thought. Undisguised hatred was reeking from his eyes
"Sir, I called him many times I don't think he will come." said his secretary.
"We can't be waiting for him." said AK but when he felt his grandpas questioning gaze, his words softened:" I mean the matter is critical. "
"No, I won't start the meeting without him." Mr. Jain declared.

He knew better than anyone how greedy this man was. So he said in a stern tone: "Who will take my place you or him? I haven't decided yet. By the end of the week if you fail to resolve the issue, then you have no chance to compete with your brother for the position. Remember that!"
