"Mr. Wolnir! Thank you for saving our town once again from the evil devils!"

Wolnir had a bright smile on his face. He laughed lightly at the praise he was receiving from the townsfolk.

"No, No, No. It's all thanks to everyone here from taking me all those years ago."

When Wolnir was young, his parents were killed during an attack from Darkstar. DarkStar was after Wolnir's parents because they were the leaders of a small sect. Wolnir lived in a very remote part of the continent, thus making their sect the biggest.

DarkStar moved in a couple of years after Wolnir was born. DarkStar caused mass panic inside and out of the sect. Wolnir's parents were not strong enough to handle DarkStar at the time.

Shortly after DarkStar moved in, the sect was attacked almost every day with the sect losing more and more people. Wolnir's parents had no other option but to try and escape.

They first sent Wolnir away with three of the most powerful elders of the sect. They wanted their son to live a normal life, not have to deal with being hunted by Darkstar.

After sending Wolnir away with all of the powerful elders left, Wolnir's parents stayed behind to fight to the death with DarkStar. After a couple of days, their sect and their home were destroyed. The city burned down to the ground with everyone inside of it killed.

Wolnir and the elders made it out before the city was burned, but they had nowhere to go. They traveled day and night trying to find a suitable place to raise Wolnir and bring revenge against DarkStar.

Soon the three elders found a small town a couple of hundred miles away from DarkStar. They decided it was going to work for the time to begin and settled down. For the first couple of years, they trained Wolnir in secret not letting the other townsmen know about the powerful child they were with.

It was peaceful for a time, training Wolnir night after night. Wolnir by the age of 8 stepped into the Martial Sky Realm.

Cultivation can be split up into many different realms, each realm having different levels in each. Martial Sky Realm was the starting Realm, one needed to train for many years before even reaching the first Realm. Though, once entering you started to build your foundation and cultivation became easier for a time.

Inside of Martial Sky Realm were four levels, Early, Middle, Late, and Peak being the strongest. Even though there were four levels in each Realm, Peak in each Realm was considered perfect.

For example, If someone was Martial Sky Lord the next Realm after Martial Sky, then a Martial Sky Peak would be able to defeat a Martial Sky Lord.

The elders were very happy with Wolnir reaching Martial Sky Realm so early in his life. They themselves only entered Martial Sky Realm when they were eleven years old.

Though, all peaceful things end up sour. Soon, the townsfolk started to take notice at Wolnir's progress month after month. Wolnir started to build muscle and people could sense the aura of a cultivator.

Unknown to the elders, the town they decided to settle down in was against all types of cultivators, Magic Castors or anyone that wasn't normal.

One night, while Wolnir and three elders were training a mob of the townsfolk, were outside of their house. They all had swords, armor, and torches lit screaming for them to leave.

Two of the elders left Wolnir and went to the front to see what the yelling was about. When they got to the front and saw the crowd of people their hearts sunk.

Quickly they called for the third elder to leave with Wolnir and they would follow behind. Though, inside of the crowd were two assassins from DarkStar.

DarkStar had connections everywhere, and when they heard the only son of HolyGreen (Wolnir's Parent's sect) was still alive they sent two assassins to kill him.

Almost instantly, the two assassins jumped out of the crowd with their daggers drawn and killed the two elders. Luckily, the third elder was able to escape with Wolnir.

Again they traveled and traveled, the Third Elder fought off the occasional bandit attacks but later got gravely injured. Wolnir was now eleven years old and was fairly powerful for his age. Of course, he wasn't as powerful as the elders he was being escorted by.

Wolnir laid the third and last elder by a small tree and said his goodbyes before leaving to venture on his own. Wolnir lived out in nature for a couple more years before finding a very remote village with only a couple hundred people.

By this point, Wolnir was covered in scars from the previous battle he had to face on his own. When he got to the village he was weak and hungry, one of the guards found him half dead near the outer wall.

When the guard found him, he quickly grabbed Wolnir and brought him to the chief of the town. Unlike other towns, this was a town of cultivators. A hidden town of sorts, the chief of the village was a very rare Martial Sky King. The chief was very old and founded this village many years ago in the hopes of a peaceful death.

When the chief looked at Wolnir he felt the power the youth had and gladly took him in. Over the years he was able to train Wolnir into a powerful youth.

By the age of 16 Wolnir had stepped into the late stages of Martial Sky Realm. Right on his 16th birthday tragedy struck, the chief died of old age. Thus, leaving the town defenseless against bandits and other cultivators.

Wolnir quickly took control of the town and became the chief and continued to defend the town for many years.

This brings us back to the current day, Wolnir fought off a small horde of demons boars that killed two of Wolnir's people. The Townsmen held a party of sorts for Wolnir like they always did when he helped them in chaos.

While Wolnir was drinking some wine, he felt a strange power coming from the front gate. He swiftly brought out his axe and stared at the front gate.

Standing there was a youth around his age with black hair and a black cape covering his body. Instantly, Wolnir thought of DarkStar. All of the other townsmen didn't notice the youth and continued to party.

Wolnir on the other hand, locked eyes with the mysterious youth.
