Although, Zuhn hasn't been anywhere besides this little region. In his old word, Zuhn was just a young teen that just killed for joy. Even now he still kills for joy, but now he has learned magic.

He also has a very powerful group that is completely loyal to him. A lot of the people stayed still after hearing they joined the White Roses. Even though they stood still, a lot of them still smiled.

Some people, like Zhao, were very happy. Zhao jumped around and went to go talk to his friends that joined White Roses with him. Zuhn was still sitting on the stage, Liu was getting a little pissed at Zhao.

Liu sent a small amount of inner strength towards Zhao. When Zhao felt this he looked behind him and saw the devil herself, Liu. He stopped being happy and ran back to the back of the crowd and looked at Zuhn.

Zuhn laughed a little bit under his breath and got ready to speak about the groups inside of White Roses.

"Alright, now that you have joined White Roses. We need to discuss the groups inside of the sect. New recruits, which is all of you will start at Rookies. This really isn't a group but rather a name. When new members join, don't beat them up too much. Though, please show them their place."

Nods came from the crowd.

"Next, Disciplinary Guards. This group holds a decent amount of power in the sect, but they are mostly going to be used to control new members of the sect and watch other low-tier duels. Disciplinary Guards will be appointed one chief, and one second in command. They will then have four officers and the rest be sect members. I will only select the Chief, from there the Chief will select the rest."

Disciplinary Guards didn't look like they held much power in the sect, but they really did. If someone was friends with the Chief they gained lots of benefits in the sect.

"Next we have one step above the Disciplinary Guards, Sect Guards. These Guards are special, they have authority over the outers of the sect. Meaning, they see new members brought in and watch other temp members or Rookies before they become members."

Sect Guards watched over Rookies. Rookies are people that just joined the sect, or haven't been given the Sect Pact yet.

"Now we have Veteran Members, As the name state people that have been in the sect for a long time. Also, everyone here will start off as Veteran members. After Veteran Members, we get Elite Members. Elite Members get special privileges that you will get when you get there."

"These are the basic's, the other groups you will know their names later. If you are chosen for the Round Table, you will become one of the 'Elders' or powerful figure in the sect. Alright, that is it for this meeting. Please stay around my house, will be giving out jobs in a couple of hours."

All the veteran members left the courtyard and went out in the streets. Some of the members stayed around outside of the house. They were outside standing guard or just talking.

Zuhn let out a small breath after the speech and walked off the stage. Zuhn then looked towards his disciples.

"You three come over here, Liu you come as well."

The four disciples trailed behind Zuhn, Zuhn walked over to his room and closed the door behind him.

"Alright, with the sect built. We need to talk about what my disciples will have. Each of you will have a branch of White Roses. There are four branches in White Roses. First, Military. This Branch will be lead by Na Yu."

Na Yu bowed down, "Thank you, master."

"Next, Treasury Department. This branch will be run by Zhao."

Zhao bowed down like Na Yu, "Thank you, master."

The reason Zuhn picked Zhao for Treasury was for several reasons. For starters, he already was a leader of the small group. Even though the group wasn't big or ran for a while. It was still successful, meaning he knew how to run the place.

"Also, Zhao, you may recruit people from the former Dark Shadows to join you."

Zhao nodded happily and sat down with Na Yu.

"Next, Intelligence Department. The military will have their own intelligence department, but this branch will be run by Dou Si. Dou Si, your job in this branch is to gather information about the continent's issues and other sects. Also, you need to be able to watch the surrounds of our sect. Look for rumors and look for people that are enemies of our sect."

At this moment, Dou Si was the happiest out of everyone. Dou Si was already very good at collecting information. Now, he was going to be able to do it for his master.

"Finally, for now anyway. Liu, you will be running the Discipline Department, you will also be the head of my personal guards."

Zuhn could see Liu's body shake from excitement when she received the job of protecting her master.

"Liu, make sure to only recruit the strongest people to protect me."

Liu took a long bow, "Yes, Master!"

"Alright, great. I understand that we don't have a lot of people in the sect. From the people we already have in the sect, please collect some people. Liu Lihua as the first pick, then whoever wants who can get whomever."

Zuhn was about to end the meeting when Zhao spoke up.

"Master, The Treasury Department doesn't have any money, what should I do?"

"Don't worry about it, I will be collecting some money soon. For now, try to make salaries for everyone in the sect. Though, wait for them to join a department."

"Yes, Master."

"Alright, that is it for this meeting. You are all busy, report back to me when you are complete."

All four of them got up and bowed to their master.

"I'm off now."

Zuhn left his house, leaving all of his disciples to their own tasks. Now, Zuhn only had one more group to create for White Roses. This special group that Zuhn was about to create was going to be the strongest in White Roses.

The Round Table, a group that only people in the Round Table knew about. Zuhn would be using the Round Table for special tasks.
