Zuhn looked back up from his book, "We need to do a Master-Student Pact. I don't have time to explain it, just give me a drop of your blood."

Zuhn hit the ground from losing so much power and because he started to draw out a small magic circle. The magic circle was simple but powerful. Above Zuhn, Liu was deciding whether she should trust Zuhn or not.

Zuhn finished the magic circle and looked back up at Liu.

"Do you trust me?"

Liu came to her decision and nodded her head. She took out a small knife and slit her finger. Blood dripped from the cut onto the magic circle. Huge ripples of power started to surge from the magic circle.

Purple and black light flew all around inside the barrier. Cracks started to form on the barrier. Zuhn's power as hit its limit. It was about to break, just before the barrier was about to break. Zuhn and Liu were able to finish the pact.

Outside the barrier Shi Huang the other disciples saw that the barrier was breaking. Shi Huang was the first to move, he ran over to the barrier with his full strength.

The other core disciples were also ready to fight Zuhn when he walks out of the barrier. The cracks on the barrier started to become bigger and bigger. Finally, the barrier exploded into several pieces. The smoke cleared from inside the barrier.

In the middle of the arena, Zuhn was on the floor, while Liu was standing above him with a small knife out. The core disciples were in shock, Liu Lihua was able to defeat Zuhn.

Shi Huang rushed towards the two, he grabbed ahold of Liu and brought her to the sidelines of the arena. He then went back to check on Zuhn. Zuhn was barely able to move, he used so much power to hold up the barrier.

Shi Huang acted normal, looking down at Zuhn trying to figure out what happened inside the barrier. He really underestimated Zuhn's full power.

Liu was with the other core disciples while Shi Huang looked over Zuhn. Zuhn was completely out of magical power and was taken away by Shi Huang.

Inside a side room, Shi Huang and Zuhn both sat staring at each other. Zuhn was still quite tired and recovering his magic. Shi Huang, on the other hand, was calm looking deeply into Zuhn.

He was trying to figure out what else Zuhn had in store for him later down the road.

"Zuhn, What happened in there?"

Zuhn learned some ways to recover magic fast from the Ancient Book. He heard what Shi Huang asked but didn't feel like answering.

Shi Huang got up and grabbed Zuhn by the shoulders and shook him.

"Tell me! What happened."

"Nothing."

Shi Huang asked again but Zuhn said the same answer. Shi Huang was getting tired of his response and decided to go question Liu Lihua.

Outside in the arena, Liu Lihua was still with the other core disciples. Most of them were praising her, she was able to defeat such a powerful opponent.

There was also a couple confused and didn't believe she was able to defeat Zuhn. Zuhn almost killed the strongest person in the sect. How was such a small and no name teen able to defeat such a powerful person.

All of the core disciples turned their heads towards the entrance of the arena. Shi Huang their master was walking back over to them with a defeated look on his face.

Shi Huang walked over and sat down on a nearby chair and looked at Liu Lihua. The other core disciples backed up from their master and the girl. They all moved away and started to gossip about what was going to happen to Liu Lihua.

"Liu Lihua, are you hurt?"

She shook her head, she tried to act like she was shaken up. All of her memories have come back from the time she was kidnapped by the man in front of him.

Though, she had to follow her master's words. She could not kill the man in front of her. She also had to act like she was before he broke the pact that was cast on her.

Shi Huang reached his arm out and held on to Liu Liuha shoulder. Liu Liuha could feel a small amount of magic enter her body.

_Shit! He's trying to found out if his pact has been broken._

Liu didn't know what to do, she tried to calm her body. Shi Huang faced for sadness for Liu to despair. He started to notice that his pact was not responding to his magic.

Shi Huang started to cast small spells on the girl, preparing to kill her. Though, suddenly he noticed a faint pact in her body. He left out a sigh of relief and figured that it was his pact.

He retracted his spells and took his hand off her shoulder.

"Well, I'm glad you're alright. How did you manage to take down Zuhn?"

Liu got all of her thoughts together before answering the question.

"Master, Zuhn underestimated by powers."

"Underestimated your power, huh? I guess we both have something in common."

Shi Huang smiled before walking off back to the other core disciples.

_What! How did he not notice that the pack was gone? Did master plan that he would check it?_

Liu Lihua's loyalty raised a little bit when she thought of how Zuhn predicted that Shi Huang would try and figure out if his pack was still on her.
