"I don't understand, why did Wang Ru come to mess up my press conference?" NiNi said suddenly after 5 minutes of silent in the car.

"Maybe he is bored." Wang Kai said as they getting near to the location.

Growing up she had an easy life, and NiNi was very great full about it. But she saw everything around her, she had witness enough scheme to make a dramatic novel. People could really do anything for money and power, messing up just because you are bored? I don't think so.

Wang Ru is not NiNi, Wang Ru in her memory is…, dark.

When she used to visit Wang Kai at his residence, Wang Ru never come out from his room. He just staring at them playing from the window.

It was very creepy that NiNi doesn't want to play at place Wang Ru can see them. Then she slowly tell Wang Kai and Guan Xian about the cold eyes that always stare at them. Thus she found out about Wang Ru from the little Wang Kai.

"That is my older cousin, just ignore him. He is weird."

Then she learn to ignore the stare and focusing her whole life to plestering Wang Kai. But she had a plenty memories about Wang Ru, but it's blur. She can't remember anything clearly.

Shaking her head to throw her embarrassing memories away NiNi was bought back to the present time.

Wang Kai who was used to her weird conduct just waiting for her question. There must be a lot of things in her brain right now. Wang Kai felt bad because he just can't bring and tell her everything, she had gone through a lot in the past.

Now that she was in a good place that damn bastard comeback.

"Where did he go this whole time? Did he continue his studies aboard too?"

"You really want to know about him? Why don't you date him then, he is more interesting than your boyfriend-soon-to-be-fiancée in front of you." Wang Kai answers with straight face.

Now that he brings this thing up, NiNi never ask about his sudden departures. He felt bother by the fact that she ask another man but not him.

Rolling her eyes, NiNi give him a sour face. This is not a right time to be jealous!!!

"Then, why did you suddenly go to UK alone?" NiNi ask, trying her best not to look very curious when the truth was It was the question lingering on her mind for the last past years.

"Why you miss me?" Wang Kai eyes turns into playfulness as he lean closer to NiNi. He look at those annoyed look before lean back to her seat.

"Why all of you being so secretive, I felt so left out." NiNi sigh as she was helpless. It's not like she didn't try to ask her brother, from the indirect way until directly ask him why did he leave, she had try it all. But they decide to keep it a secret and left her out.

"Something is better left unsaid." Wang Kai patted her head as he show a little grin. Wang Kai looks through her innocent pretty eyes, it's better for her to stay away from this messy affairs.

Such a carefree and loveable little girl, everybody wanted to protect her. Not to mention him, now that he had the ability to protect her, he won't let anything or anyone hurt her.

"It's not fair! I used to be the one who butt in people problem." NiNi pout as she turns her head to the windows, enjoying the night light outside.

"We've arrived." Wang Kai said as he keeps his stern face, offering NiNi his hand to hold before they go through the flashing lights. Holding tight those big hand, NiNi show the world her brightest smile. At those second she forget anything, all she know is she always had someone to lean when she was hopeless.

For a night, she doesn't to prove anything to anyone. She just wants to enjoy the night before it changes.

She wears an elegant black dress, making her look stunning effortless. Her makeup is natural and flawless she simply take everyone breathe away. Comparing to other glamorous dress that other actress wearing she look very simple yet it was devastating.

Meng Li Xue on the other side of the red carpet look at NiNi, her eyes full with jealousy. That spot belong to her, she suppose to be the main character. But look at her now, spending the whole day to dress up just to be overshadows effortlessly.

NiNi looks sparkling without any effort just make every girl in the room fell into depth of jealousy. She didn't even have to dress up to take the man in their arms. Yet she didn't need their man. She was held the king hand, how can their man compare to her's ?

What a joke, why would NiNi want to steal their man if she can easily make that kind of man head over heals to her.

How can Meng Li Xue steal NiNi's man, Chen Luo and Meng Li Xue had turn into the biggest jokes on the century once again without even a word from NiNi. The man beside NiNi just prove what a clown they are.

People and press surround her can't help but give her a weird glances. How can this fallen star invited to here, wearing so much gold hurting people eyes. Wearing too much when you are nothing basically making fun of yourself.

Not sparing any glance at Meng Li Xue anymore those press run towards the perfect couple.
