Meng Lei shook his head inwardly. However, he lowered the altitude at which the magic carpet was flying at and entered the dense and dimly-lit forest. Then, he crept over carefully!
A cliff several hundred meters tall appeared in front of him. A white veil-like waterfall crashed down from the top of the cliff, producing a deafening boom. It seriously had the elegance and grace of the poem “Straight down three thousand feet the white torrents run; descending from the Nine Heavens like the Milky Way[1]”!
At the bottom of the waterfall was an enormous pool of water. The pool water flowed rapidly, and mists circled and drifted around it. Together with the verdant trees and shrubbery in the surroundings, the scenery was exceptionally alluring!
Yet Meng Lei didn't have the luxury of admiring the scenery at the moment because a hair-raising scene was currently taking place on the sandy shore right before the pool—dozens of fully-armed adventurers were currently besieging a gigantic beast!
