“Joseph, what exactly is going on?” asked Meng Lei in a loud and low voice, his countenance somber.
“I-it's nothing. I accidentally tripped and fell!”
Joseph's eyes were rather evasive, and he deliberately changed the topic. “Big Brother Meng Lei, has your academy also entered the winter vacation period? Are you here to look for me to go home together?”
Joseph seemed very excited at the thought of going home. His tanned face was brimming with joy. After all, he was only 14 years old, and not only was this his first time away from home, but the duration had even reached as long as half a year. The door slammed against the wall heavily and caused a deafening boom, giving the people inside the dormitory a huge shock. They looked over one by one, and their eyes fell on Meng Lei!
