Meng Lei yelled as he swung the sword in the air, and it slashed open a pitch-black bottomless canyon that spanned into the horizon.

Meng Lei laughed and controlled the Fallen Angel alternate incarnation to enter the space-time rift so it could assist the matters in Dark Hell Continent.
“System, continue with the pickups!”
“Ding! Pickup successful. You have obtained a Spirit Core. Will you assimilate it?”
“Ding! Pickup successful. You have obtained a Laws of Nature Fragment. Will you assimilate it?”
“Yes, assimilate it!”
“Earth, Water, Metal… Triple-elemental Fusion Laws of Nature Fragment!”
“Ding! Pickup successful. You have obtained a Dead Soul Moss.”
“Ding! Pickup successful. You have obtained a Hell Mirage Fox carcass.”

Different lifeforms required different lifestyles. Some were flesh-and-blood beings, others were energy beings, and then there were the shadow beings.
The Specter was a form of shadow beings. They had no physical form while they came and went without a trace, much similar to ghosts.
Although Specters had no physical form, they had the Specter Orb, which was their core of life and their divine spirit core at the same time. In other words, the source of their powers.
Hence, the Specter Orb equated to a Specter's body.
“This might… must be a Great Demon God-level Specter's orb!”
Meng Lei's eyes flashed brightly. “If I refine this Specter Orb, does that mean that I can get a Specter alternate incarnation?
“Let me test it out!”
After three days, it was a success as Meng Lei obtained a Specter alternate incarnation.
When he was controlling the alternate incarnation, it moved like the shadows in the dark. Ol' Amos and Amolin were entirely unaware of his presence.

“Not yet.” Meng Lei shook his head. “Dodola is still searching for the Heart of The Existential Plane there. Since I haven't heard from Dodola till now, I think they have not found it yet.”
“A mid-end existential plane's Heart of The Existential Plane could be that hard to find?” Ol' Amos found it hard to understand.
“It's not any ordinary difficulty…”
Meng Lei was about to say something before he paused, and expressions of joy appeared.

“Relax! As long as there is no master of this existential plane, I have no fear.” Meng Lei nodded his head heavily. “Dark Hell Continent's master of the existential plane will be me!”

Dodola was rather pleased and asked, “What's your next step?”
Meng Lei took a deep breath as a glint flashed across his eyes. “Plunder more wealth and enhance myself as much as possible. The day that I can suppress Dark Hell Continent will be the day I refine the Heart of The Existential Plane!”
Dodola frowned as it was puzzled. “I still don't understand this. What's the link between you strengthening yourself and looting for more wealth?”
“Haha, that's a secret!”
In the Demon Ravine…
“Meng Lei, so Dark Hell Continent is currently unowned?”
“Dodola has confirmed that Dark Hell Continent's Heart of The Existential Plane has not been refined by anyone yet. So yes, it is unowned.”
“Such a huge mid-level existential plane with no master? How unbelievable!” Ol' Amos was astonished. “Then once you refine this Heart of The Existential Plane, how strong will you become with that Power of Existential Plane?”
“Powerful enough to fight against a Chief God!”
Meng Lei took a deep breath and continued. “Ol' Amos, I'm going to Dark Hell Continent to seize the Heart of The Existential Plane with all my might. I'm entrusting Heaven's Vault Continent with you!”
“You need not worry and leave it to me.”
Meng Lei went through the space-time rift at once and arrived in Dark Hell Continent. He kept the three alternate incarnations and embarked on a journey of plunder.
“The Ice Demon Prefecture is the closest, so that shall be my first stop!

“Dodola, this is the Ice Demon City.” Meng Lei took a deep breath and continued. “This city has a rigid class system while the Prefecture Master is the highest status of the entire city.
“Below him are the loyal Ice Demon Prefecture Guards, all of whom are the minions of the master. Even the various Great Demon Gods living in the city won't dare to mess with them.
“But today… Hehe! I'm going to defeat the Prefecture Master and destroy his guards, looting everything there is in the treasury!”
Things were as usual at Ice Demon City, but no one knew that two devils had arrived—an incoming turmoil that would soon consume the city was about to erupt!
