Meng Lei shook his head and chuckled softly at the Dragon God's question. “Your Holiness, I've done many things. Which are you referring to? Are you talking about me killing the Dragon God Empire emperor, slaughtering your Dragon descendants, or smashing your divinity projection into pieces with my hammer?”
“How dare you!”
The Dragon God roared, “You were originally a citizen of the Dragon God Empire and have received the Dragon God Empire's kindness, yet you've killed the monarch, rebelled and showed disrespect for those above you, repaid kindness with enmity, and challenged this god's authority. Weighed down with sins and perverse in behavior, you're a heinous Devil that's wicked beyond redemption!
“Today, I am going to subject you to a slow, torturous death where I'll extract your tendons and break your bones, and let all the foolish mortals know just how terrifying a god's wrath is!”
“How dare a mere big lizard with wings call itself a god?” Meng Lei sneered. “Where is Bubbles?”
“Here, Master!”
Bubbles stepped forward upon summon.
“The emergence of the humans is bound to be accompanied by endless bloodshed. Today just so happens to be the start of the humans' emergence, so how can we avoid a bloodbath?”
A dispassionate Meng Lei ordered, “Go! Take down that big lizard, extract its Dragon tendons, break its wings, and gouge out its heart and organs.
“I shall eat its liver as my meal, drink its blood in place of wine, fashion its Dragon horn into a cup, and use its scales in a banquet to host my people and guests!”
“Master's will… is my command!”
With a roar, Bubbles morphed into a stream of light that shot toward the Dragon God!

What? What was he doing?
Sending a subordinate to battle the Dragon God? Had Meng Lei's brain been caught in between Sister Feng's[1] a*s?

The Tempest Colossal Dragon's eyes were filled with murderous intent.

The Dragon God was furious.

However, what happened next flabbergasted everyone—not only did the enormous claw not smash Bubbles into bits, but Bubbles even punched a hole through it with his fist, causing it to bleed furiously.
Howl!
The Dragon God let out a cry of pain and instantly retracted its claw. It glowered at Bubbles with its huge eyes as it exclaimed, “You… can actually wound me?”
“Wound you? I'm even going to kill you!”
With a loud laugh, Bubbles then started to expand dramatically like an inflating balloon. In an instant, he had expanded into a 100,000-feet-tall giant. His enormous size wasn't the least bit inferior to the Dragon God's 100,000-feet-long Golden Colossal Dragon form.
The might of his divine power didn't lose out to that of the Dragon God's, which was also mixed with its own dragon might!
Everyone was stunned by the sight.
Be it a half-deity expert like the Tempest Colossal Dragon, the three monarchs—the Beast Emperor, the Thunder Titan Emperor, the Fairy Empress—or the other commoners, worshipers, or Saint Domain experts, everyone couldn't be any more astounded.

“How can that be?”
Everyone was shocked and horrified. That was merely their first clash, yet the Dragon God had already suffered injuries. Was Bubbles, a half-deity, actually that strong?
“Again, again!”
Bubbles guffawed and pounced right at the Dragon God. His fists, which were larger than even mountains, rained down upon the Dragon God.
The Dragon God was continuously pushed back amid dull, muffled thuds. A few punches later, the Dragon God could actually no longer form any sort of effective counter.
It was being badly suppressed.
That's right—Bubbles was completely suppressing it!
“Oh my god!”
“This, this…”
Everyone was so astonished that their eyeballs were nearly falling out of their sockets. The sight currently taking place in front of them was totally different from what they had imagined. The Dragon God was actually being suppressed?
How had things turned out like that?
The Thunder Titan Emperor was shocked and horrified. “Since when has that traitor Bubbles become so strong?”
He didn't know whether or not the Dragon God had displayed its full strength at this point yet, but he was very clear on one thing—Bubbles had become even stronger than how he was two years ago.

Then, it had destroyed its divine spirit, seized its divine body, and taken it over in order to descend upon Heaven's Vault Continent.
To the Dragon God, its current prowess was enough to sweep across Heaven's Vault Continent without obstacles. Be it Meng Lei or any other half-deities, no one should have been a match for it.
In fact, killing every one of these renegades and even driving the Fairies, Titans, and Beast People back to their dens and unifying Heaven's Vault Continent like what he had done 50,000 years ago should have been no difficult task.
Yet cruel reality had given the Dragon God a loud, resounding slap across the cheek. Meng Lei hadn't even lifted a finger but only casually deployed a subordinate, yet it was already being badly beaten up…

Indignation filled the Dragon God's eyes as it said, “How did your subordinate become a true god? He clearly doesn't have any worshipers! Without power of faith nourishing him—”
“Do you want to know why? But why should I tell you?” Meng Lei waved dismissively. Then, he said, “Slay him, Bubbles!”
“Yes, Master!”
Thus, Bubbles took on the role of a butcher.
With a stroke from his stretched out hand, Dragon scales fell.
With a casual snap, Dragon horns were broken.
With a forceful pull, Dragon tendons were extracted.
“Aaahhhh!!”
At once, the Dragon God let out a heartrending scream, yet it couldn't budge even an inch.
Bubbles' physical strength was simply too fearsome. It was far, far beyond what he had imagined.
Just like that, as everyone present watched in dumbfounded silence, Bubbles killed the Dragon God as if he were killing a pig for Lunar New Year celebrations.
He stripped the Dragon God of its scales and ripped off its skin.
Then, he collected its blood and extracted its internal organs.
Lastly, he washed its liver and cleaned its entrails.

“Don't worry, the divinity in the Dragon blood has been fully cleansed. You may drink it with no worries!”
Then, Meng Lei picked up a bowl of Dragon blood, threw back his head, and downed it all. Bubbles and the other ten half-deities also did the same.
Everyone gazed at the Dragon blood in front of them, all somewhat hesitant. However, immune delight surfaced in the half-deities and Saint Domain experts' eyes, and they raised their heads and drank all the blood.
The Dragon God's blood!
Just what kind of supreme treasure was that?
They couldn't have a sip of it even in their dreams usually! Now that it was sitting right before them, they would be fools if they didn't drink it!
After a few moments of hesitation, the commoners and worshipers also raised their heads and drank it all down.
