No Matter How Long Time Passes, I Still Love You Chapter 154: Questioning Li Shen Wen 2

After a few more questions, Li Shen Wen plopped to the floor and breathed heavily as if another round of electrifying her would drag her down to the depths of hell.

"What a loyal dog you are to your husband, but I wonder if he would do the same? Other than kidnapping and destroying families, he's been stealing money from your family's business. But it's no surprise if you knew about this since you love him enough to suffer this much." Professor Luo Xia sat in the same spot and spoke with the same voice as before.

He sounded as strict and if anything, even more ruthless than before. Similar to a filled jar of seasonal sauce, he continued adding salt and vinegar until it the sauce overflowed from the jar. In order to break that jar, a lot of pressure is needed.

Same thing with the current situation. To get her to talk, the main point shouldn't be focused on her, but the people she cares for. For instance, if they used her son as bait, she would go crazy. Too much sauce would crack the jar eventually.

"Well, since your husband couldn't make you talk, then what about your son? Tian Yuo. He's fairly young and pretty much a piece of garbage with the way he manages the company. What if I take him as hostage instead? Would that make you talk? Ah, right. You don't believe in my words. Only my actions."

Professor Luo Xia started to play his psychological game and listed several torturous methods that he had already prepared on the side. From hammering his fingers flat one by one to experimenting with his nerves by plucking them out without anesthesia; many methods were brutally described to make one's heart shiver.

Zhi Hei played his role smoothly and opened his mouth for once, "You guys heard what Grandpa Xia said. Locate Tian Yuo and get him here to join his parents."

Watching the back of the guards getting farther away, her eyes narrowed in disgust and fear.

"No!! Not my son! Not him. I'll talk. I'll tell you whatever you want. Whatever you need, I swear. This is something between us, so please don't drag my son into this."

She begged on the floor and forced her body in a kneeling position towards them. At one point, she started bowing down and slamming her forehead to the floor when she saw the guards pause by the exit.

Professor Luo Xia smirked at her contradicting words, 'Hah, between us? Then what about the times when you laid your hands on my family? Bull shit.'

Seeing her bleeding forehead, Professor Luo Xia ordered the guards to come back. He needed to ensure the accuracy of her responses, so she can't knock herself unconscious by banging her head like that. That'll be too easy for her to delay time. With his legs crossed, he asked, "Talk. Where are the underground laboratories located?"

Since her credibility was pretty low, he must test her by choosing different questions that he had the answers to and asking it in between other questions. She stopped turning her head to look at her husband. Instead, she started telling them the truth little by little.

"You idiot!" Tian Guo Min shouted from the other stall as he heard her responses.

"Shut the fuck up! He's our son, and I won't let anything happen to him. His life is worth more than our lives combined! I can sacrifice myself, but I won't let anything happen to him! You were only in charge of giving the sperm. I am the one who carried him nine months in my uterus!" She scolded him as she heard his rude remarks towards her answers.

"Who is behind the entire project?" Professor Luo Xia moved on to the next question that he had since she showed an accurate consistency in her responses.

"I don't..I don't know who the leader is, but I know that the person is part of the Shi family. We received orders to get rid of that Shi girl..right, her name is Shi Xue. I don't know anything else about the leader." She stuttered as she explained everything she knew to them. Zhi Hei's expression darkened when he heard Shi Xue's name.

He stood up from his seat and asked, "Is that why you guys went after her and hired that assassin? How dare you do this to a harmless young lady?! Your younger brother influenced another person to get involved with the assassination."

His sudden scream rushed blood to her brain as it startled her greatly. "I..We .. We were given the orders to get rid of that girl without anyone knowing. The leader had said that she was an eyesore and without her, the project would run more smoothly. It was something to do with collecting funds to generate monetary assets to support the project."

Hearing her words boiled the blood inside of his body. If Professor Luo Xia wasn't there, she would've been dead for ages already. Cold sweat perspired from her body as she continued giving out information, "That Shi Xue didn't have what the leader was searching for. She was a useless chess that the leader didn't need, so she had to be taken care of. We were only following orders."

Professor Luo Xia held Zhi Hei back from doing anything reckless, "She still has use." Zhi Hei nodded and sat back down in his seat. His fists could be seen tightened up as if he couldn't wait to beat the crap out of these people. At that moment, he decided to make sure each and every one of these people will get their bad endings once this is all over.

"Is there a map for the underground laboratories?"

She took a while to answer and when she parted her lips to talk, Professor Luo Xia glared at her. His eyes were dark as if he could see through her thoughts. A wicked grin curved on his face as he said, "Remember, Tian Yuo could land in our hands with just one command from me."

"We do. It's not a map, but there are hints in the place. It's hidden in the walls and there are different pathways. When you are there, you need to find similar patterns to find your way to wherever it is that you are looking for." She closed her eyes and lowered her head in shame.

"Very well. List out the symbols and draw them out. If any of the information is false, your son will be shred to pieces in front of you." This time, the guards came prepared and didn't need anyone to tell them to make a move.

One guard untied her while the other guard brought her a pen and sketchbook of paper. She had no excuses and could only obey them.

"Don't forget to write the names of the rooms for each symbol. Missing any information and you'll know what happens to you." Zhi Hei warned as he stepped out of the cell.
