He picked up a towel to wrap her hair, held it until a few minutes later, then set it aside.

“Go to bed early,” he said, reaching out to turn off the light. He dimmed the bedside lamp.

Hearing him leaving, she rolled over and asked, “Where are you going?”

Didn't he say there was only one bed? Was he leaving?

“I have things to do, I'll sleep in the study,” he replied, closing the door behind him and leaving her with his tall silhouette.

She vaguely felt someone approach her. The person stood at the edge of the bed, looked at her for a long time, picked up the quilt to cover her body, brushed away the strands of hair on her face, turned off the bedside lamp and then left.

In the early morning, Gu Chuyan turned over and one leg slipped off the bed, jolting her awake. She quickly pulled her leg back.

“Hmm.” She grunted, lying on the bed, and opened her eyes.

There were many bags at the table not far from the bed. Looking up at the time, she suddenly sat upright, “I need to go to school today.”

She sat up and noticed that she was still dressed in the tracksuit. Looking around the bed, there were no traces of anyone else aside from her.

With an embarrassed touch to her face, she picked out a casual outfit, put on a black coat, put on short boots, and walked out.

“You can't catch a cab here,” he reminded her.

“I don't spend money,” she said, glancing at the black card. The gold-plated black card was limited edition, even Gu Yan wasn't qualified to have it.

Han Changqing took her hand and thrust the card into it, “If you need anything, please give me a call..”
