Naruto is Reincarnated Chapter 28: Explaining

In a forest somewhere below the trees,

There were five people.

Three kneeled down to the other.

"Orochimaru-sama" the trio respectfully called him.

"I hope you remember what your mission is…."

"Yes, avoid the yellow haired one named Naruto and challenge the one named Uchiha."

"Remember, do not engage the yellow haired-one at any cost"

"You are DISMISSED!" Orochimaru said upon which the trio sound ninjas left the scene.

"Orochimaru-sama"

"What is it Kabuto?"

"Is that kid really that powerful?"

"Are you doubting my abilities?..." Orochimaru showed a wicked smile as he stared at Kabuto.

"No, no forgive my insolence."

"Kabuto, be extremely careful when you try to interact with Naruto's group again. Also please make sure that the group that just left follows my orders."

Orochimaru said as he turned away…..

("Uzumaki Naruto") Kabuto said as he removed his ninja info card.

"Looks like he is on par with the legendary sanin, at the mere age of 14….."

The scene shifts back to Sasuke staring at Naruto.

"Sasuke, I..." Naruto stammered at this moment.

"Naruto, what Sasuke said, is it true?…." Sakura asked adding more pressure onto Naruto.

"Sakura, could you please excuse us."

"I want speak with Sasuke. Alone!" Naruto said.

Sakura felt unsatisfied as she looked towards Sasuke.

"Naruto, you said we are a team right?" Sasuke asked.

"…"

"Sakura will stay here…" Sasuke said as he held Sakura's hand.

Sakura at this moment was on cloud nine, as she went into a day dream forgetting everything around as she looked towards Sasuke.

"Sasuke, this matter is a bit too sensitive, I'm afraid." Naruto continued.

"Naruto, I'm getting pissed by the moment …" Sasuke pressured Naruto once again while Sakura kept staring at him.

"I'm afraid this secret also affects Itachi." Naruto said, causing Sasuke's expression to twist with rage.

"What do you mean by that?" Sasuke's voice became more firm at this moment.

Naruto started walking away as he gestured Sasuke to come closer.

Sasuke also followed Naruto, leaving Sakura with herself while she was still dreaming in otherworld.

"You see....."

"I came from the future..." Naruto said as he looked towards Sasuke.

"What do you mean?" Sasuke asked.

"I'm sure you would have noticed my change from the last week of the academy to the past few days...."

"..."

"Sasuke, regarding this I still can't say anything right now, as I plan to meet Shikamaru by the river tomorrow morning..."

"Okay then, you said there was something about my brother, what was it?"

"…."

"Sasuke, About your brother Itachi, I'm afraid I can't tell you about him either, right now."

Upon hearing this comment, Sasuke felt his rage rush though as grabbed Naruto and lifted him in the air even with the added weight.

"WHY?" Sasuke asked in a loud voice causing Sakura nearby to wake up.

Sakura realized that there was something going on that she could not interfere with, so she chose to stay back.

"Sasuke, there are somethings that you will be able to understand only when you are old enough" Naruto continued.

Sasuke then dropped Naruto to the ground.

"I can understand everything, so tell me right now!" Sasuke insisted, causing Naruto to become a bit angry.

"Okay then, do you know the truth behind the sharingan" Naruto asked as he thought back to the time when he used to have random conversations with Sasuke in his previous world.

"What do you know about it?"

Naruto recounted back to the battle between Senju and the Uchiha clan and finally stopped at the battle between Hashirama and Madara. Sasuke also listened patiently till Naruto finished.

"What does their battle have to do with the meaning of Sharingan?"

"…"

"Sharingan, when an Uchiha who has known Love, loses it , their brain releases a special chakra that affects the nerves connecting the eyes."

"The changes take place in the pupil, thus resulting in what you call as Sharingan,"

"The sharingan becomes more powered, the further it is fuel-ed by hatred"

"but these eyes are also called by another name…."

Sasuke frowned as Naruto reached the end of the sentence.

"They are known as the eyes that reflect the heart."

"The fact is that the Senju clan was perceived as the clan that preached Love and the Uchiha as the clan that followed power."

"But the truth was that, there was no clan that felt Love more than the Uchiha clan….." Naruto concluded.

"Love…." Sasuke thought as he remembered his childhood days…..

"Sasuke, I hope this has broadened your mind."

"I'm sure that no one in the Uchiha clan, ever realized this truth as such even you were unaware of it though you had awakened your Sharingan….."

Sasuke nodded as he thought back to the time when he first confronted Naruto, awakening his Sharingan as a result.

"I am sorry, I cannot tell you anything about your brother, even if we are going o talk with Shikamaru tomorrow, But I can tell you this…."

"I will tell you the truth about your brother, if you defeat me in battle one day…"

Sasuke looked towards Naruto feeling hope rise up in his heart once again, as he regained his former expression of arrogance once again.

"Prepare to lose!" Sasuke said as he walked back

"Do you believe that I am from the future?" Naruto asked again.

"Hmph" Sasuke smiled as he went back to eat.

Two hours after the test had begun...

"Heh heh! We're the first?" Kiba asked as the group entered the tower.

"No, I sensed someone a little while ago." Shino said.

"More importantly, is Akamaru okay?" Hinata asked as she comforted Akamaru who hanged on Kiba's jacket.

"He's been scared ever since then."

"Now that you mention it, what did Akamaru say before?" Shino asked as he turned towards Kiba.

"Oh…Akamaru said it was dangerous because that guy with the gourd on his back was about to kill that big guy."

At this time another group approached the staircase in the tower….

"Sheesh! Just like I thought there's no other place to go!" Kankuro complained

"They've already made us wait for half a day!"

"How much longer do we have to wait?" Temari also complained as their team climbed up the staircase.

Gaara's team entered in causing Kiba and the group to remain extremely vary, as though they had been intimidated.

In the Hokage's office…

(Whoosh!) An ANBU agent landed on the floor from the ceiling

"Hokage-sama"

"What is it?"

"Report from the ANBU group that had investigated the 44th training facility"

The agent said as he handed over a paper

"This…."

Hiruzen said as he stood up

"That traitorous student of mine had the gall to come to this village." He spoke in a loud voice after which Hiruzen continued reading the paper.

"This is even more complicated than I thought..."

"Why is Naruto appearing at the centre of everything…." Hiruzen thought hard for a while, but was unable to come up with a plan.

"Hmmm….."

Hiruzen turned towards his subordinate.

"Go back to the tower, to see if there's any movement..."

"I will come there in four days….."

"Yes!" The ANBU agent said as he flew bak to the ceiling.

First day of the test - Late night…..In the highest floor of the tower….

"It's becoming a real disaster, but we can't cancel this test." Anko complained

"What do you mean?" The nearby ANBU agent asked.

The door slid open as a man excused himself inside.

"What is it?!" Anko shouted.

"We're talking about something important!"

"Excuse me" The man said

"But…uh…" The man stammered as he lifted a cassette into the air.

"Please take a look at this….."

The man said as he inserted the video cassette into the VCR.

"Ready?"

"Here! Please take a look at the time!" The man said as he pointed to the TV screen.

Anko saw Gaara and his group enter the tower first. The man paused the video at the time of entering.

"T-This is…." Anko stuttered seeing the clock on the display show 16:07.

"This video is one hour and thirty seven minutes after the start of the second test!"

The man said

"This can't be!" Anko said as she stood up.

"In mere ninety seven minutes….."

"This has never happened!"

"Those guys are not Genin level!"

"They've rewritten the fastest time by about four hours…." The man continued.

"It's about 10 kilometres from the test entrances to the tower…"

"Ferocious animals, poisonous insects, the rugged forest road….."

"Their team passed through all, but the brown haired kid, there's not a single scratch on him…."

Anko muttered as she turned towards the windows and gazed outside.

"First the son of the fourth hokage, now this….."

"The Exam this year is beyond ordinary..."
