"M-Menma…" Sakura was stunned seeing Naruto alongside Shikamaru.

"…" Naruto stared in silence, observing Sakura in the seat he once sat.

This office brought back a lot of memories from the time he was the seventh Hokage, sitting in front of a laptop surrounded by huge bundles of papers and exhausted from his disease and clones running around the town.

"Mom made some food for you and Irinchan," Naruto said casually by bringing out the two boxes in Sakura's view.

"Oh," Sakura nodded absent-mindedly while staring at Naruto's face.

Naruto then made his way over to the desk and placed the two lunchboxes on it.

("Damn it, I still haven't figured out who this Irinchan is…") Naruto cursed internally.

"Sakur"

"Shikamaru," Sakura interrupted Naruto's call.

"Great to see you, When did you come back?" Sakura asked.

"…" Shikamaru suddenly felt awkward seeing Naruto was ignored, but she was the Hokage after all, which meant that she had to prioritize Shikamaru's arrival.

"Lord Hokage," Shikamaru addressed Sakura formally.

"I just arrived in the village," Shikamaru smiled wryly following which he pulled out a letter from his coat.

"The arrangement for the Daimyō's visit?" Sakura asked.

"Yeah…" Shikamaru handed over the letter to Sakura.

Sakura's eyes quickly scanned past the content.

"I see…" Sakura murmured.

She then looked at Shikamaru.

"I'll send him a response in a few minutes," Sakura replied.

"Got it," Shikamaru nodded.

"Anything else?" Sakura asked.

"That's all Lord Hokage," Shikamaru answered.

(Bang!)

At this moment, the door was bust open.

"huh?" Naruto turned towards the door immediately the moment it opened only to see a mature blonde-haired figure.

"M-e-n-m-a," The blonde-haired woman spelled out his name alphabet by alphabet.

("Granny Tsunade??") Naruto was shocked.

("Wait a minute!") Naruto took a look at the figure once again. But before he could observe anything, all Naruto knew was that his neck was held tightly within the woman's left arm, forcing him to bow in an uncomfortable position.

("Eh?") Naruto was confused, having faced similar situations with Tsunade before, but this body was totally different. From the back of his head which was held against the woman's chest, Naruto found out that the woman's breast seemed to be less bountiful than the legendary sucker.

"Ouch, Ouch, ouch!" Naruto tapped the woman's left arm continuously to let her know that he was suffocating under her hold.

"Menma!"

"How dare you treat my little sister like that?" The woman asked.

"Irinchan," Sakura called out the woman's name with a hint of concern for her husband.

"Sakurchan, you shouldn't forgive him," Irina said following which she looked down at Naruto who was held by his neck within her left arm.

"Speak your last words," Irina growled.

"T-Timeout," Naruto kept tapping.

"Please, Irinchan," Sakura asked politely once again.

"Hmph, you're too soft Sakurchan," The woman said following which she released Naruto.

(Cough!)

Naruto coughed twice gasping for breath.

("I swear, I'm regretting this…") Naruto sighed internally, but he also made an internal note of how the relationship appeared between Irina and Sakura on the surface. "…" Naruto didn't know how to respond to that. He then looked towards Sakura who got back to operating the laptop on the desk.

"Will Lord Hokage be free later this evening?" Naruto asked formally since he preferred to respect his earlier work ethics from his days as the Hokage. The part where even a family member of a Hokage had to officially address the person in the seat of the Hokage as Lord Hokage. Although Boruto didn't respect these rules at first, he slowly followed the rules later on.

Sakura and Naruto stared at each other.

Naruto didn't have expectations of a positive answer from Sakura since he already knew how Kages of his era were. Also considering the fact that she didn't use Shadow clones like him to simplify all her work, He could only imagine how much Sakura was stretching herself to run things smoothly.

"I am sorry Menma…" Sakura said slowly.

"…" Naruto remained silent.

"I won't be free until tomorrow," Sakura added.

"I see…" Naruto sighed.

"Let's go Shikamaru," Naruto called Shikamaru as he turned away to exit the room.

"Wait for me," Irina followed behind the duo.

"Later," Irina waved at Sakura following which she closed the door.

Sakura's face didn't reflect her current feelings.

Sakura slowly raised her left hand and took a look at her finger where she wore a ring. She then looked at the picture beside her laptop, which had the picture of her, Mema, Hanato, and Azami. What she thought was unable to be discerned for she was the only one who was aware of what was going on in her mind.

"Menma!" Irina called out.

"Hmm?" Naruto and Shikamaru stopped walking and turned around to see Irina catch up to them.

"Let's go buy stuff for the party together," Irina said.

"Party??" Naruto was confused for a second.

"Yeah, the birthday party," Irina said.

"Oh," Naruto became calm once again from the fact that Obito had already handed over a present that Menma was supposed to give Azami.

"Oh, you mean for Hanato?" Shikamaru asked.

"Yes," Irina answered.

"Eh?" Naruto was left speechless once again.
