'There's no way it expects me to fight whatever is in that swamp.'

Suddenly, a loud screeching sound could be heard coming from within the swamp, it seemed the beast was hurt.

Xiao Fang was surprised since the attack didn't seem very strong, but he was aware that a few beasts naturally had weaker defenses despite their high tiers. Xiao Fang no longer thought that the fight was hopeless.

In the next moment, several beasts began to emerge from out of the swamp, and they all had terrifying decomposed appearances. Xiao Fang hadn't been able to see for very long, so these beasts were by far the most hideous creatures he had ever seen.

Xiao Fang's sword radiated a chilling aura, making the Abnormal Cannibal Beast unconsciously take a step away from him. While the Abnormal Cannibal Beast was distracted by Xiao Fang's sword, a venomous snake with a mouth that was 2 meters wide shot straight towards the Abnormal Cannibal Beast.

However, the most frightening thing about the gas was that it was invigorating the 8th and 9th tiered beasts coming out of the swamp. It seemed that they only thrived in toxic environments.

Xiao Fang had to attack less as more energy was used for dodging. He already had a bit of the toxic gas in his lungs and it brought him so much pain, he didn't want to risk getting hit by another poisonous attack. He could only hold his breath for so long, so one way or another, he needed to end this quickly.

Seeing that the Abnormal Cannibal Beast was prepared to throw another tree trunk, Xiao Fang quickly returned to it then cut the end of the tree into a sharp point before jumping on top of it.

{"Throw it,"} Xiao Fang said.

The Abnormal Cannibal Beast didn't understand why he was telling it to throw the tree trunk while he was still on it, but he only hesitated for a moment before doing as he said.

The tree travelled much faster than before because it was pointed, and it cut much deeper into the swamp when it hit. The Abnormal Beast within the swamp tried to avoid the attack again, but it was too fast it couldn't avoid it.

The attack not only hit, but it had also pierced through its body. Once again, the abnormal beast screeched, but this time it was even louder. The sound was painful to Xiao Fang's ears, but it told him exactly where the abnormal beast was.

If it were any other abnormal beast, perhaps killing it in one blow would've been impossible, but he knew it had a weak body especially when it wasn't in a toxic environment, so he knew he could kill it in one blow if he got close enough.

However, a purple orb of light began to form out of its mouth as if it were charging an attack.

The Abnormal Cannibal Beast could guess what was coming just like Xiao Fang did, so it quickly cut a tree down to help Xiao Fang, but it was too late.

In the next moment, a powerful beam of toxic swamp Qi shot straight towards Xiao Fang. Since he was in the air, it was impossible for him to dodge what was coming. So the Abnormal Cannibal Beast could only watch as Xiao Fang's inevitable end quickly neared.

When the poisonous abnormal beast's body crashed into the trees, Xiao Fang landed next to it soon after.
