When Abhi spoke to Preeti, Shriya felt that she was the happiest person on this earth at that moment. She could see the love and care in his eyes for her and her sister. She felt fortunate to be with him and she hoped that everything remains the same in the future too but she thought that asking this for a life time is her greed and she thought she should be thankful to god for this great fortune.

She was so happy that day and was on clouds until she heard the words 'mom is sending me a girlfriend' from Abhi. She was shocked to hear it and when he said 'I don't have any problem with it', she felt like a bomb has exploded in her heart.

But when he looked at her she composed herself but she knew he saw through her and didn't bother to hide her unhappiness.

Abhi smiled at her teasingly and said "I can't help it but to follow my mom".

Shriya stared at him, and Rahul signed deeply. He knew it would be a waste of his time to talk to his brother at this moment and he also knew his brother will do something about it afterall his brother cares for him so much. So he decided to shut his mouth for the time being.

Just then Manvi and Uday came directly to the dining table, Uday looked so full of energy while Manvi looked a little tired. They joined the others in the dinning table and the maids served them breakfast. Manvi sat beside Shriya and her husband sat next to Rahul. Shriya and Manvi greeted each other as it's been sometime since they met each other. Manvi hasn't been attending college for the last two days and there was not even a phone call from her in the couple of days.

Both the girls started talking to each other and Rahul saw the tired look of Manvi and had a mischievous smile on his face. He said to Uday in a low voice "You should control yourself bro, at this rate you will drain all your energy in the next couple of days. You will be out of crease in no time."

Though Rahul said these words in a low voice Shriya and Manvi are able to listen to him as they were sitting opposite to them.

Shriya looked at the person next to her and Manvi's cheeks became red at the same moment. Shriya couldn't help but smile seeing this.

Uday also made a pride face, smiled viciously and said "I am fine my boy, But you should think about yourself afterall you didn't even start to bat yet," he patted Rahul's head with his hand winked at him.

Rahul was dumbfounded by his words and he thought he must have seen something bad early in the morning, everyone is teasing him. Everyone smiled to see his expressions.

Abhi, Rahul and Uday left for work leaving the girls to enjoy among themselves.

After breakfast Shriya and Manvi moved to Shriya's room after sending Preeti to sleep. They sat on the bed and started talking all the matters because they met after a few days. But Shriya was not interested in the talk as she was thinking about something else. She was thinking about what happened earlier in the dining room. Manvi looked at her and asked "what is that bothering you?"

Shriya came back to her senses and she understood that Manvi is looking at her, she thought Manvi must have asked her a question which she did not hear, because it looked like Manviwas expecting some answer from her. She looked confused because she didn't listen what Manvi was talking?

Manvi understood that Shriya didn't listen to her and asked "I asked what is the matter that is bothering you to this extent?"

Shriya shook her head ,but Manvi insisted and Shriya said "Abhi told that his mom is sending a girlfriend for him."

Manvi laughed at her and asked "Is a girlfriend a thing or what to send by an expressway".

"Abhi told himself today morning about it, but from the conversation I understood that the girl coming here has something to do with Rahul."

Manvi listened to Shriya carefully and said "Don't worry, bhai must be teasing Rahul, even if his mom chooses a girl for me, he'll never accept it" she smiled at her.

Just then Shriya got a call from her friend Sony. Sony asked her why was she not coming to school that day and Shriya told them that she has work at home.

Sony felt that the watch has stopped working because she felt like a year has passed in an hour and the remaining time in the college seemed to her like eternity.

After continuous classes they entered the cafeteria at lunch and before they could settle down on a table Naveen came and sat on the chair at the same table.

He looked different from his usual self. He wore a white v neck t shirt and a black leather jacket paired with black cotton pants.With his white sneakers and a cap over his hair he looked extremely dashing and cool. Sony was shocked because she didn't expect him there. She thought 'why was he here ?', but Brahmini was calm and her face was free from all kinds of expressions. One couldnot say what she was thinking at that moment. They stood there and seeing Brahmini ignoring him, Sony ignored him too. They sat there and continued to eat their lunch. Naveen sat silently observing Brahmini but she didnot look up to meet his gaze. Sony could feel the tension there and she was so anxious to know what was happening there. The curious bug in her brain started to itch and when she was about to ask 'what was happening there ?', Naveen stood up from his seat.

Brahmini finished her lunch and was packing her lunch box back, Naveen stood up from his chair and both the girls looked up to him. He smiled at Sony and said 'excuse me', saying this he dragged Brahmini out of cafeteria by holding her hand.
