The next day Shriya went to college as usual and Naveen faked anger with her for what she did last night. She tried to convince him but he didn't bend to it. At last she threatened him saying she will say everything to Sony and others, it was then he became a bit okay. He was afraid Sony will tease him till his last breath.

When she showed him the ring which Abhi gave her when he proposed last night Naveen was so happy for her that he hugged her right at that moment. He was truly happy for her and Abhi when he heard what Abhi asked her last night. He was even more excited when he heard about the Engagement plan. The atmosphere was lively again.

After she entered the class, both her friends rushed up to her excitedly. They pulled her towards their seats. Shriya was still surprised with her friend's attitude and excitement.

Brahmini asked not giving her friend any time to think why her friends were so excited about "What was with the status last night ?". With that she looked at her friend's left hand and saw the ring on her finger.

Last night before sleeping, Shriya took a picture of the ring and uploaded it on her wassup as her status. Both Brahmini and Sony saw her status and they was shocked to see the beautiful ring.

Shriya never uploaded any photo of Abhi or any other gift he gave her to her Instagram, Facebook or watsup. She rarely uploads any such photos and they understood it was not some screen shot or Google photos but her own hands.

Brahmini saw that somewhere before and she was curious. So she searched for the ring in the Google and it didn't take her much time to get the results of what she was searching for.

She was pleasantly surprised and was impressed to her heart's content when she saw the result of her search. She was satisfied.

It was one of the few rare pink diamonds in the world and it costs a few million dollars. It really costs a fortune for few people and Brahmini couldn't keep the matter to herself and she soon called her friend Sony who was sleeping soundly when she called.

She spoke in her sleep but when she heard the average cost of the ring Sony's eyes were wide open with shock.

They are not sure yet whether the ring was really Shriya's or not so they decided to ask her the next morning in person.

Shriya still had the ring on her finger. She has no idea about the value of that ring or the history of that diamond. Brahmini and Sony then took her hand and saw the ring.

Brahmini observed the ring and she was sure it was the real one. A bright smile appeared on her face and she said with excitement "You gal, you must have won a lottery, do you even know the value of that ring?"

Shriya shook her head innocently. When Abhi gave her the ring she didn't give much thought about it's value. All she thought about was the proposal and excited about the engagement event that Abhi was planning for her.

What really mattered to her last night was the present Abhi gave her. He found her brother's picture for her and it's not dome random picture but one of her brother's and her favorites moments together.

Seeing her all expressionless Brahmini had no idea whether Shriya knew about that ring or not. So she asked curiously "Where did you get the ring?"

Shriya's face blushed and she said with a bright red face "Abhi proposed me last night".

Sony was so excited that she asked "Really ?". She placed her hands on her cheeks and said while staring at the sky with bright eyes and one could see hearts in her eyes "Ah, Wow, tell me more details, when and where?".

Shriya said "At home, he just gave me the ring and said he wants to get engaged to me. Simple".

Brahmini flicked on her friend's forehead with her finger with annoyance tone and a deep helpless sigh "It's not that simple Idiot, that ring costs a fortune. It's a rare piece and there are only a few like that in the entire world."

Shriya looked at the ring with surprise and she couldn't believe what her friend said. She was happy about the picture of her brother. She didn't think much about this, if that was so valuable then why did Abhi give it to her just like that and why didn't he say anything about it ?.

She muttered to herself with shock "Thank God, I didn't forget it somewhere while doing the house chores in the morning".

Sony still remembered what Shriya said just now about the proposal and she asked "Why did he propose to you so suddenly?" and her eyes lowered to Shriya's stomach and fixed there. She asked with a mischievous smile "By any chance are you pregnant ?".

Shriya thought her friend was impossible and shook her head hard. Sony then asked without giving up on the topic "Have you guys done it yet ?" and her face was curious and expecting.

Shriya once again shook her head and Sony was furious now "Not even last night? even after he proposed to you ?".

Shriya was suddenly shocked seeing her friend all furious. Sony said "Shriya, even guys have some wants and you can't keep him away for long you know ?." with that she turned away from her friend and mumbled to herself "Selfish girl".

The class didn't start and Brahmini was curious about something. So she asked Shriya after a few moments of hesitation "I want to know your love story ?".

Seeing Shriya a bit surprised she asked in a low voice to let her not misunderstand her curiosity "I have been curious all the while but I didn't dare to ask Naveen. If you don't mind can you tell me ?".

Shriya smiled and said "Actually there's nothing much to say." To which Brahmini asked "I want to know the journey, how you guys met and how it started ?".

When Shriya remembered how both Abhi and her met, her face fell.
