Naveen went through the items in the red colored chapel bag and he found a white envelope. He opened it infront of everyone and saw a stack of pictures of Abhi. All those pictures are from that very evening.

Abhi boarding his car in a parking lot, entering the hotel, inviting his friends and in a picture he was with Kunal and they were talking something and a few more.

All the pictures were taken sneakily. From the angle the photo was taken it was clear that the person was trying to hide from the person in the photo.

Abhi also asked Naveen to take her phone. He then said looking at the audience "There might be something in that phone regarding the issue. I want to investigate it infront of you all. I am not planning to report her to the police but if you agree I will go ahead and prove my innocence."

Everyone thought that Abhi was already being considerate enough by not reporting her to the police for stalking him and invading his privacy, so they allowed him to do what he wanted to do. Afterall he was just trying to clear the accusations on him.

Naveen connected Geetika's phone to the microphone and the speaker equipment so that everyone in the hall could hear the recorded conversation.

Naveen just first listened to the conversation and then after confirming that the conversation was about Abhi, he connected to the microphone to it. He didn't want some other personal stuff of Geetika to be exposed infront of so many people.

The first conversation started between Geetika and some stranger.

Geetika : "You promised you will get me the pictures of Abhi with that b^!ch."

Stranger : "I already gave you what I promised".

Geetika : "You didn't give me what I asked for exactly?".

Stranger : "You asked me to get me the pictures of the girl flirting with another man or some other scandalous pictures so that Mr. Malhotra will hate her. But how would I get those pictures when she is just a simple and innocent collge girl".

Everyone looked towards Abhi and he ignored their surprised gazes.

Before they could imagine something else, they heard a chilling curse from Geetika "You ba$@#d, I don't want you to give your conduct certificate about that s!^t. Mind your work. Don't forget that I appointed you to get information about Abhishek".

Stranger : "I remember my work and I have done it with perfection. But you were the one who asked me to do extra work. I am not giving her a certificate. What am I supposed to do when she doesn't do something you want. It's not like I can make her do something forcibly. My work is to just give you information."

Geetika yelled "You stupid piece of sh't and dumba$$".

The stranger lost his cool and said "Mind your words madam. Send me the money that you actually promised to give me right away. If not I know what to do with you ?".

Geetika sneered at the person on the phone "What do you mean by that ? Are you threatening me right now. Do you know who am I ?".

The stranger who was supposedly a private detective laughed loudly and replied with a threatening tone "Of course I know who you are and what you did in the past. I will always keep my guard with my customers. I have some interesting information about you and enough evidence against your bad deeds."

Geetika argued "You can't do anthing to me just with some piece of evidence like sh^t".

The stranger sounded irritated with her tone and he said "You are a celebrity and I guess I don't have to explain you the consequences if I expose you. What will happen to you and your career ?".

Geetika was also frustrated and she yelled "Do you think you can get away after exposing me ?".

The stranger said in a lazy tone "I may not get away but I decided to face the consequences of this profession ever since I started it. I am not afraid of these small issues and frankly no one bothers about me. But you on the other hand lives for popularity and fame".

Geetika was silent for a moment and asked in a calm tone "What are your demands ?". She thought about the pros and cons of the situation and decided to compromise with the detective.

The stranger replied "Double the amount and pay it right now. I am a professional person and I will try to gather even more information about Abhi and about his likes and dislikes and keeps you informed".

Geetika was cornered and she has no say in that. The stranger was the one who had the cards.

She just agreed to his demand. With that the recording ended. There were a few more recording about Abhi and his daily routine and a few pictures in her phone gallery app which Naveen showed on the big screen. Naveen made sure not to exhibit the photos in which Shriya is there.

After watching everything all the people in the hall started whispering aming themselves again and some even cursed Geetika out loud.

"How can a person be so shameless" said a well known director while the other female director commented "She sure is so thick skinned".

An elderly person from a big business firm said to his subordinates "If she was my daughter I would've killed her with my own hands. Such a shame to the family".

A young girl who is still in her early teens said excitedly not bothering anything about Geetika "My husband has a girlfriend now. Wow".

The entire fall was filled with whisperers and gossips that the atmosphere was so gloomy and unpleasant.

Abhi walked upto the small dias with a microphone in his hand and he looked extremely hot in that blue suit. He said in a polite manner but with a calm expression to the audience "Hello".

"I am very sorry that you have to see all this on a day like this. I hope you don't mind this much."

"I don't mind others as long as they don't bother me. Even If you bother me I won't mind but if anyone starts bothering my family and friends I won't sit back silently".

"My family is not from the industry and we like to keep our family and personal matters private. Please do respect our privacy."

"Everyone enjoy the party and the food. Hope everyone have a great and happy year ahead".

The reporters were happy that they got news which is enough for next half a month. They understood one thing that they can't write something recklessly about the man who just spoke on the stage. If they offend the person who was as cold as an iceberg and exuding the aura of a king was rather a person who likes revenge and it will cause them to lose their bread and livelihood.

With that he left the stage and walked outside while the party resumed back to it's original planned theme. He went into the elevator with Kunal and Barun and reached the top floor of the hotel. They then walked into the room at the one end of the corridor and went inside it and closed the door behind them.
