Abhi was not at all surprised or shocked hearing the news. He was as calm as a still water in a pond. He wished his brother with a sarcastic smile "Congratulations".

Though it sounded like a greeting, it was not. He was being sarcastic and was lecturing his brother with sweet words. One could see the meaning of his words if they the situation.

Rahul looked at his brother who was calm and sighed deeply and asked "You knew it already. didn't you ?"

Abhi didn't reply to his question instead he asked "So what's next?"

Rahul shrugged his shoulders and kept silent. Seeing his brother all silent, Abhi asked "How long is she now?"

Rahul replied "about two months now".

Abhi asked "What are you planning to do next ?"

Rahul shrugged and said "I don't know but she want to keep the baby".

Abhi's face turned cold and he said "How can be so irresponsible and casual with your words. What do you mean by 'she wants to keep the baby'. What about you then what are your thoughts ?"

Rahul saw the change in the atmosphere and he was so shocked and frightened and he didn't know what to say. So he said "And she wants me to tell everything to mom".

Abhi looked calm and is his voice was indifferent but his eyes turned cold and was a bit high than usual with anger, he said "Don't you have any of your own thoughts, you fool ?".

Rahul said "I am thinking about this." Abhi knew that he had to let his brother think about this himself. Afterall it's his own life and his problem. And it involves three lives and one of them is yet to see this beautiful world. This time he can't let his brother hide behind him.

Just then the door to the room opened and there stood Shriya in the doorway. She stood there frozen not knowing what to do. Both the men looked at her and Abhi's expression turned gentle and the coldness in his eyes earlier is now replaced with tender gaze.

Rahul relaxed seeing his brother's gentle expression and he thought of his Sisla as his angel. She saved him from his fierce brother. he thanked her in his heart "Thank you Sisla, you came right at the moment". He knew his brother wouldn't do anything rash infront of this woman.

She debated with herself for a while whether to go in or not before deciding to open the door. Somehow she managed to get in and walked towards her man. Abhi moved a bit to give her some place to sit beside him.

She sat beside him and she already heard what these men were talking about. She looked at Abhi and her gaze had a question that she didn't dare to ask out loud 'What I just heard, is it all true?'

Abhi knew her well and he can guess what she was thinking about. So he answered her unspoken question with a nod and a single word "yes".

Shriya needed sometime to process this piece of news. She didn't understand how to react to it. She just muttered in half consciousness "Congratulations".

Rahul was embarrassed to hear this and he adjusted his hair with his hand and avoided her eyes. He said with an awkward smile "Thank you sisla".

After composing herself from the shock Shriya said with a smile "Congrats you are going to be a father".

Abhi looked at the woman who was smiling and he couldn't help but smile at her pure heart. He patted her head tenderly and said to her "Not only that I am going to be an uncle and you will be an aunt soon, congrats".

Rahul looked at his brother and his Sisla. He understood one thing for sure, that is, his brother already thought of some solution for his problem.

Abhi looked at his younger brother and sighed with helplessness "You yourself is a child and you are.. chut leave it, it's a waste of my time".

Rahul said with a begging way, "Bhai, help me this once, please."

Abhi asked indifferently "How can I help you, what should I do ?"

Rahul said "Tell me what to do and I will do it no matter what it is, just show me a direction, please".

Rahul understood that it's not a simple problem. And he can't take any rash decisions out of emotions. He had to think properly before taking a step. Any wrong step might cost him his love and a life time regret. So he decided to follow his brother's advise. He was determined to do it no matter how hard it is.

Abhi looked at his woman who was silent and he asked her gently "What do you think ?".

Shriya was taken back when she heard him. She didn't expect him to ask her that question.

She looked at both the men and she understood that they are really asking for her opinion on this. She just said "I think you have to ask Gouthami about it. Afterall she is the one who will be effected in this. And in my opinion she has the right to decide and if she decided to keep the baby we have to respect her decision.

Mother's love is the purest, selfless and one of its kind. And as far I know, she is a doctor right" and Rahul nodded his head and said "Gynecologist".

Shriya said "So she can take care of herself and she know the pros and cons of this situation more than us. "

Both the men were silent and they were listening to her. She said "So now we have to think about how to convey this to your mother" and she then looked at Rahul and said "I think you should tell her this yourself".

She then looked at her man who is sitting beside her leaning towards her and listening to her every word with concentration, she said "I think you should give her some logical reasoning and try to convince her with logical reasoning while Rahul goes for a emotional convincing".

"If you people can get grandpa's and dad's permission and help in this, it will be much more easier. But we have to complete this as early as possible".

Rahul looked at his Sisla with admiration in his eyes and said "Uhmm, this is good, we should follow this". He was pleased with her solution and gave her a thumbs up.

He couldn't think of anything for a while now because he was afraid to face the situation. He was already guilty of his mistake from his childhood and he loves his mother so much that he didn't dare to tell her. He grew up behind his brother and Abhi is the one who cleaned the mess he created everytime.

Rahul looked at his brother who is silent for a while now and he was expecting some answer from him.
