Seeing Kunal looking at her with a smile, Sony was surprised. She could sense his arms around her and she asked looking at him with doubt "You liked it, really ?"

Kunal nodded his head and Abhi placed his other arm around Sony's shoulder, who was standing beside him and she looked at him instinctively and he said looking at her with a smile "Of course we all liked it. You sure got some incredible talent in you". Sony was in awe and she was so excited to hear it from Abhi.

She has been a fan of Abhi all her teens and she had a deep crush on him. Even though they met a few times before, Abhi never spoke much to her other then regular greetings. But this was the first time that he spoke to her. No he actually complimented her and it didn't seem like he was joking or making fun of her. She was practically on cloud nine.

Then Abhi looked at Geetika with cold eyes but he said with a vicious smile and seductive voice "Don't ever bother my woman or my friend's woman".

Though it sounded very normal to others, cold chills ran down her spine looking at his cold eyes. Kunal had the same ghostly expression on his face. Just then Barun and Rahul walked up to them. Barun said looking at his brother "Brother, it's almost time, you should go. I will stay with Sony".

Rahul held Shriya's other free hand and said "Sister in law, Let's go. We will sit over there and enjoy".

Shriya nodded her head and they all left ignoring Geetika who stood there frozen as if she didn't exist there.

Geetika felt very humiliated by what had happened just then. Both Kunal and Abhi held their woman in their arms and walked away Seeing their retreating backs, Geetika felt a deep sense of embarrassment and humiliation.

After walking till the end of the corridor, both the men loosed their hold on their woman. Abhi, Rahul and Naveen went to their table while Shriya and her friends went to theirs. Barun walked up to the stage along with his brother and within a few seconds a big two storyed cake was brought on to the stage.

Rahul joked with his friends "I am sure Kunal bhai is suffering very much now".

Uday chimed in "He hates birthday parties very much and he feels it is so childish to celebrate them".

Abhi said "I can hear him cry" and others laughed. Rahul muttered to himself "I don't know why he does things which he hates so much".

Abhi said "Aunty loves him so much and she never let's a chance slip away to celebrate these occasions and you people already know how much Kunal loves aunty".

Rahul pitied Kunal so much and he saw Kunal cut the cake on the stage. He saw the woman below the table who was laughing brightly at her son.

Shriya and Sony could hear them and they also saw at the man on the stage. Everyone were happy and they are enjoying except a woman.

Only a few reporters were allowed inside, that to only during the cake cutting event. Strict security was there so that a scandal didn't break out again.

Later dinner was started and all the guests went to get their food. Kunal went to Shriya and stood there and it seemed like he was hesitating about something. She looked at him with confusion and asked "Are you okay ?"

He hesitated for a while before saying "Uh...Mom wants to speak to you, if you don't mind".

Shriya was shocked when she heard him and Abhi said with a smile looking at his woman "Go, it's fine, aunty is so good and friendly".

Shriya nodded her head and was about to leave when she turned around and said "Your gift is with me". Kunal looked at his friend and the latter shook his head. Even Abhi had no idea what she planned for the birthday gift. She did ask him before but he didn't advise her. Rather he told her to wait for a return gift from Kunal. He only gave her some money.

Shriya took out a silver ring from her bag. It had a white stone and it isn't something special and didn't look like anything expensive. She held it in her hand and said "This is the last thing my brother left for me and it's the only thing that I have as his memory.

But you are my brother now. Other than Abhi and Rahul, I can feel safe around you and to be exact I can see my brother in you".

Kunal felt his heart warm hearing to her words. He is not so good at expressing his feelings but Shriya could understand what he actually felt towards her. Abhi never told her why Kunal treated her specially. She just guessed and she truly liked him as her brother.

She said with a smile three more gifts and then she handed him a limited edition watch. Kunal looked at her and he was pleasantly surprised. She replied "He paid for it and I only selected, hope you like it".

He nodded with a smile. It's his favourite brand and was waiting for it to sale that edition. He heard it will take one more month to launch it but he had no idea how Abhi got his hands on it.

He took and wore it right there and Shriya handed him a painting . It was his childhood picture and she got it from Abhi. She made a sketch of it and handed it over to him. Kunal held it in his hands and thanked her.

Like Sony, Shriya is also a good artist. She also thought of presenting him a painting as a present. Afterall the ring was from her brother, Abhi payed for the Watch, so it's the only gift that counts as her own.

Barun asked "What's the other gift ? You said more three". Shriya signalled towards her friend and said in a low whisper "I brought her here".

Kunal was so happy. It was a very special birthday for him. He realised his feelings for Sony. He received a present from Sony and that was a very special one and liked it very much. And then Shriya also presented three gifts and of course Sony, he liked each and every one of it. Before he could say anything, Barun said to Shriya "Shall we go, Mom is waiting".

Shriya still didn't understand why Kunal's mother wanted to meet her. She was actually very nervous. Not knowing what to do, she silently followed behind Barun.
