Abhi didn't know how to answer his mother's question. Though he was indifferent to others and didn't care much about their feelings he always made his mom happy. He makes sure that she is not upset with anything. He know she accepted him entering the industry despite her deep hatred for that industry because she loves and dotes on him. He also know though he and Rahul had committed something serious in their childhood days, his mother still forgave them and then he took an oath that he shouldn't do anything that will upset his mother. But he broke that promise twice, first when he decided to join the industry and now again he is in love with Shriya which his mother will never accept.

But he couldn't control his heart afterall no one knows how and when they will fall in love. It is something so magical that one cannot predict it.

He was thankful to Rahul because he know his brother started dating Gouthami so that Abhi can peruse his love without any worry. Rahul has his ways in dealing with such problems. He always does things which others don't even try to imagine.

Abhi liked Shriya for a long time and his mother tried to set him up with Gouthami. Rahul wanted to help his brother so much that he tried and managed to court the girl whom his mother was trying to set up with his brother. Who would think of such extreme ways to help their siblings.

Though Rahul started everything for Abhi, he fell in love with Gouthami after spending time with her. Earlier Abhi tried to stop his brother from doing anything stupid but after seeing his brother in love, he stopped involving in his matters.

Thinking about his brother, Abhi had a smile on his face and his mother misread the real reason for his smile. She thought it was because he was thinking about Gouthami. She was happy and said while patting his head, "I am happy that you liked that girl".

Abhi came back to his senses and he guessed and understood that his mother misread the situation. He sighed deeply with annoyance and said in a patient manner "Mom, I think you should talk to her first".

Mrs. Malhotra thought that her son was being shy and playing innocent infront of her. Then Abhi said Uday has also come and he was waiting in the loving room. Mrs. Malhotra stood up from her chair and said "It's not a big deal, It's not like he is a VIP or something he is just a manager who works in that filthy environment and always deals with filth".

Though Mrs. Malhotra was a kind person, she didn't like people from industry. She always treats Manvi with love and care and she even sends her gifts for all important events and festivals but she always treats Uday with discontent.

Both mother and son duo came downstairs and seeing them Uday put down the coffee cup in his hands on the table before him and greeted Mrs. Malhotra with a warm smile on his lips "Hello, Aunty".

Mrs. Malhotra just nodded her head and sat on the sofa. Uday was already used to her behaviour towards him and he didn't take much to his heart, afterall he knew how to deal with her. He sat on the sofa and he sent a video call request to Manvi. Manvi knew he would call her because she was used to this everytime he visits Mrs. Malhotra.

As soon as Manvi answered the call she said in a warm tone, "Hello aunty, how are you?"

Mrs. Malhotra expression immediately changed to a warm one as soon as she heard Manvi, she grabbed the mobile from Uday's hands and looked at the pleasant smiling girl on the screen.

" I am fine beta, how are you ?" she asked with all love and care in her eyes.

Manvi said with a bright smile "I am good aunty, you look beautiful as usual". Manvi was good at making others feel comfortable around her and good at flattering elder's especially Mrs. Malhotra.

Mrs. Malhotra smiled and said "You know how to flatter me, don't worry I will make sure to feed this stupid husband of yours" she said looking at Uday and he scratched his head awkwardly.

Abhi sat on the small bean bag beside his mother keeping his head in her lap. He was all smiles seeing his mother smiling happily and talking to Manvi. Mrs. Malhotra always treated Manvibas she own daughter and showered her with all love and care.

Manvi said "It's okay aunty, even if you don't feed him, actually I want him to starve, I am fed up with him" Manvi said in a complaining tone.

When Uday heard this, he knew he was done for. As expected Mrs. Malhotra gave him a killer gaze which made him chill in his spine.

She then turned her head back to the mobile screen and asked in a domineering tone "Why ? Is he harassing you or what. Don't worry and tell me ? I will make sure to teach him a lesson."
