As the boy appeared in his bedroom at Empress Villa, a smile spread across his face at the familiar surroundings. However, looking around the room, he realized no one was there to greet him.
Without further thinking, he decided to freshen up and headed toward the bathroom.
'I should take a shower first.'
Rio thought as he made his way there.
After twenty minutes, The doorknob of the bedroom turned and the gate creaked open. A figure raced towards the bathroom door, Her mind was consumed with thoughts of Rio as she quickened her steps, taking two at a time.
The girl had been eagerly waiting to see her beloved for a whole month, The mere thought of him being back at the Empress Villa was enough to set her heart racing.
The girl was previously, out of the city so she couldn't meet her husband right away but when she discovered he was at the castle and came back from the earth she left all the matters and returned right away but it still took her time to arrive.
She didn't want to waste a single second, Her heart was tickling as if butterflies were fluttering their wings to jumble up her emotions. As she got closer to the bathroom, her heartbeat grew with each passing moment.
Suddenly, The door of the bathroom opened and a boy with wet crimson hair walked out.
Rio standing there, looking as handsome as ever in his new set of clothes.
Lia's breath caught in her throat as she took in the sight of him, shirtless, his strong muscles on full display but the girl didn't stop her footsteps as she couldn't help but feel a rush of emotions coursing through her body.
Rio gave him a happy smile that she missed for a month and it felt like an eternity had passed since then. Her yearning for him was so deep that it felt like a physical ache in her chest.
Without hesitation, she threw herself towards him, wrapping her arms tightly around his body. She could feel the coldness of his body, still, damp from the water, but it only made her hold on tighter, wanting to absorb every part of him into her embrace.
As she buried her face into his chest, she could feel his heartbeat, pounding rhythmically against her cheek.
It was a moment of pure bliss, as Lia forgot about everything else except Rio's presence. She couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment, Everything else seemed so insignificant at that moment, as long as she had Rio by her side.
On the other hand, Lia's body felt warm and welcoming against Rio's as if she was the missing puzzle piece that made him whole again. Her embrace was tight and comforting, and he could feel her heartbeat against his chest. It was a feeling he had missed dearly during his absence.
'This is what I missed so much.'
As they held each other close, Rio felt a sense of gratitude toward Lia. Her love and warmth were exactly what he needed after a long tired journey. He caressed her hair affectionately, a silent gesture of his love towards her.
The two of them stood there in silence, relishing the moment they were sharing. Lia didn't want to let go of Rio just yet, knowing that they might get separated again soon.
She took a deep breath, inhaling the scent of his skin, and held onto him even tighter. For now, all that mattered was that they were together again.
Rio's strong arms wrapped tightly around Lia's waist as he lifted her up effortlessly, carrying her towards the bed. Lia didn't move from her position, still tightly hugging Rio as he carried her. She felt as light as a feather in his arms, as if she was a fragrant rose filling his senses with her sweet aroma.
As they reached the bed, Rio gently laid himself and Lia down, their embrace never breaking, the girl was above him, snuggling into his hug.
At that moment, Lia felt a sense of completeness, as if nothing else mattered in the world as long as she was with Rio.
They stayed like that for a long time, not wanting to let go of each other's embrace. The world outside seemed to fade away, and all that mattered was the two of them, wrapped up in their love.
As Lia's racing heartbeat began to slow down, she took a deep breath and closed her eyes, and Rio kissed her forehead gently. His gentle kiss was like medicine to her soul, soothing her frayed nerves and calming her turbulent emotions.
As she opened her eyes, she looked up into Rio's gaze, and the intensity of his stare made her heart skip a beat. It was as if the boy could read her thoughts, and understand her deepest fears to lose him and her desire to have him.
Rio's attention turned towards the stray strand of silky white hair that had fallen across Lia's face, and he reached out with a hand to brush it away.
He leaned in towards Lia, his eyes locking onto hers as he drew closer. She could feel the heat emanating from his body, and her heart began to race in anticipation.
As his lips met hers, a surge of electricity run through her body and she felt his lips press gently against hers, there was a deep sense of love and affection radiating from him.
The girl closed her eyes and allowed herself to get lost in the moment, savoring the feeling of Rio's lips on hers. She could feel his arms around her, holding her close, and she felt safe and loved. All the worries and stresses of the outside world melted away, leaving only Rio and the warmth of his embrace.
