Helia used the [Teleporter Glyph] for Requiem Isle Shelter where Laughing Alligator forest was present, A spatial rift opened behind them as the trio vanished from the Shamor Empire.

The sky was in a brilliant shade of blue and the sun was shining down on the island, illuminating the world below.

The island was situated in the middle of an open grass field, surrounded by lush, green grass that swayed gently in the wind.  This piece of the region was known as the Requiem Isle which was situated at the corner of the corrupted land.

A few miles away, a dense forest could be seen, as if a green blanket enveloped the faraway land beneath it.

Three figures were riding a magnificent crimson wolf through the open grass field, heading towards the dense forest in the distance with incredible speed as their clothes and hairs fluttered in the cool wind.

The wolf looked very imposing, with its white fur and sharp, pointed tail. This was Helia's red stage demon tail wolf mount that she used last time when she accompanied Rio to the Dargus Isle.

The boy was sitting at the very back of the mount, Nyla in the middle, and Helia at the front as they rode the beast and entered the dense forest.

The demon tail wolf moved gracefully through the underbrush, leaping over fallen logs and dodging around trees.

For three long days, they rode through the forest, stopping only when they required to rest.

During their breaks, they would eat the food together that Helia had in her storage ring.

Finally, after three and a half days of traveling, A deep lake, extending to a very long distance, surrounded by lush vegetation and trees, could be seen in the distance and was situated in the middle of the forest.

The lake was a beautiful shade of blue, and the sun was reflecting off of its surface, creating a dazzling display of light. The serenity around the lake didn't make it appear as if there was any abnormality hiding within it.

"This lake is the reason why this place is known as 'Laughing Alligator Forest.' Those beasts we talked about, live in this lake but you won't be able to see them unless you dive into the water.

but, they will surely come out of the lake water at midnight to greet us" Helia's voice resounded to the duo as they were approaching the lake.

She commanded the demon-tail wolf to stop a hundred meters away from the lake as Helia and company dismounted.

The blonde-haired beauty recalled her mount beast soul in her mind sea as they walked towards a clearing in the forest.

"We can rest until midnight arrives but after that, we will have to prepare to slay those laughing Alligator beasts that come our way," Helia spoke, bringing out the tent materials to set up her camp.

Nyla also took out her camping items but when she Saw Rio taking out his that Lia had packed for them, the girl hastily said, "Why are you taking them out? We can share the same one."

Rio nodded as he stored them back, this was their first time in the wilderness where they would be camping after getting bound by oath as a couple so he wasn't used to this.

Last time, Sophia and Nyla were supposed to sleep together although the girl used his leg as a pillow and slept there.

As the night deepened, the trio had restored their tend in their spatial storage, but Nyla was still sleeping on the boy's shoulder as she was tired.

Rio had [Life Sutra] that didn't let him get that much tired so he didn't feel fatigued like others and Helia was naturally awake since she was used to staying in the wilderness like a savage warrior.

Moonlight was providing light to the surrounding forest as Helia and company decided not to use a campfire to shoo away the laughing alligator after they come out of the deep lake.

Just as Helia and Rio were lost in their own thought, they heard a strange sound coming from the direction of the nearby lake.

Helia's eyes lit up as she realized what could it be, Rio was also alerted as he patted Nyla's back to wake her up.

"Mmm... Let me sleep, Rio" Nyla mumbled as she was drowned in her sleepiness state.

When a person slept they normally didn't realize where they were and thought they are in their own house so the magenthaired beauty thought the same way but soon as her eyes opened up by the boy's constant patting, seeing a hushed gesture on Rio's lip.

Nyla grasped where she was as she didn't make any more complaints and collected herself to prepare for action.

Seven dozens meter away, They saw an alligator-like beast with a smiling face, rolling on its back as it had come out of the lake. The beast was not right beside the lake as it had silently traveled away from the lake without anyone noticing however the movement it was making caused others to become alert.

Nyla and Rio were stunned by the sight, as the loving couple had never seen an alligator behave like this.

The beast was almost the same as the one from their earth and the only difference was the way it was acting in an amusing way.

"Let's get a little closer," Helia instructed as she beckoned them after moving towards it.

The duo followed in her footsteps, Rio noticed that the alligator's body was expelling gas, and he mumbled, "It must be the laughing gas Lia was talking about."

The laughing alligator beast was completely intoxicated by the effect of this gas and seemed to be in a state of pure joy and happiness.
